Well.... I am not sure where to begin... the server who kept asking if we would like Coke or Sprite in our martini... or the long delays in poor service.... or the locals along with the bar staff who ignored us when we were looking for our server. Or maybe it was the fight that the server and bartender had with in earshot of our table regarding the "Coke" martini when he finally showed up... or maybe it was the server who, when told that our baked potato was cold, grabbed it with his BARE HAND to verify said temperature..only to return minutes later to deliver a ( hopefully) new potato and then, AGAIN with his bare hands, proceeded to grab the end of the potato to steady it while he showed us how to properly cut open the spud to prove that there was now steam coming out... maybe it was the $100 bill for under par food for 4- one meal being only a baked potato with canned mushrooms. Maybe we paid extra for the "personal Touch"? Now, the service was comical- I actually thought that I was being punkd at one point. I really cant blame employees - the server was a nice kid - those are offenses that can be corrected with good leadership. Nope, I blame poor management and owners. I cant really say anything good about this once historic great place other than I have a CRAZY and almost unbelievable story to share with friends! The only reason that I am even leaving a review is because I gave up trying to contact the manager who apparently is never there.

We went there with a group last night. I ordered my second glass of wine. She took the empty glass away when I ordered it. A few minutes later when she came back and was clearing glasses and serving drinks from other members of our group she came to me and added some liquid from somebodys glass into my wine and then handed it to me. Then she overcharged me for my two glasses of wine and for my husband steak. It made a $10 difference in the bill when we got it and we had it adjusted. My fries and wrap were good. My husband steak was chewy. We are not planning on going back there. Im definitely never ordering a drink there again. Gross

Wife and I went there for the pizza which was advertised at 2 for $25. You got one pizza with two toppings, however the regular price was only a $1.50 difference for each pizza if you got everything on them. Brilliant. The waitress with the tattoo on her chest was horrible, thought she was being funny, then it became rude. We asked to split a large caesar salad, she told us to just get side dinner salads. So the side dinner salads were $5.50 each. Great deal. Pizza sucked, my wife asked for thin crust, came back thick crust. Bad experience wont go back.

Great server, Jessica! Miss the bbq food, brisket used to be our fav. Although the rib eye was good. Got $10.00 off, as it was a Tuesday, Steak Night. Wine is pricey, so, better at the 4pm happy hour. I had white fish. It was ok. Nice job on the parmesean encrusted. Baked sweet potatoes not cooked enough, seemed microwaved. We were an early 330pm dinner, but no excuse. Sweet potatoes served plain. Asked for butter. Promptly brought it. Although, along with one other couple, we had the place to our selves. Kind of an up north experience.

Food was fine, prices reasonable, service notably unimpressive. We were basically kicked out at closing time, 11:00 on the dot in spite of the bar still being open. We were clearly within 10 minutes of finishing our meal, but were told we had to either leave or move to the bar area. Also, the all you can eat fish and chips was not all you can eat. It was the two pieces that came with the order plus up to one additional piece. The fish was good, above average even, but one extra piece is not all you can eat.

Came here for NYE and the Comedy show. The comedians were very funny except the headliner was missing jokes, and even told the same joke 2 or 3 times, and didnt realize it. Our food was good, but our waitress must have been overloaded since we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks a few times. We had caught an uber to get here, and when it was time to leave, uber was not available. so that really sucked. This obviously has nothing to do with the Burroughs, but worth mentioning if you take Uber here.

Have been coming every Thursday night for band night! Super friendly atmosphere. Drinks are a little pricey, but worth it for the staff and service. Family friends have been coming here for a long time so I was introduced to this place through them as I recently just moved to the area. I tell everyone about this place!

Hands down the best restaurant in brighton. Jim runs a great place and he and the staff really take care of you. Food is phenomenal and very well prepared. The brunch is also astounding. Its a privilege to have a great place like this.

I was here for their Sunday brunch, it was a beautiful day. Their brunch buffet had fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, pasta, cheese assortment, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and much more. The coffee was delicious

Best black and bleu burger Ive ever had. Not a single one compares. Manager Mike is very helpful and friendly. You can tell he works very hard to keep the place running. Favorite restaurant in town!
