The Stockbridge store is the best. Theyre people always ask if you would like sauce with your nuggets and most other stores do not, Covington Georgia is the absolute worst. Theyre handicapped parking is not appropriate and I will say this neither is Stockbridge, however those are state issues some of them, and also bad engineering. I would like to say that it is time Chick-fil-A had two windows for service instead of having their employees have to come out to the line. That is very dangerous I know you people dont care because of workers comp and you dont have much responsibility. However you have the money you are profits are high and you need to get your act together and have those locations have more than one window. For the love of God if McDonalds and Hardees and everyone else can Chick-fil-A and again your profits are much higher than theirs you must do something about this situation it is not right for your employees!!

Came in at lunch rush on a Monday, it took a minute to get the food, but it was fresh and hot, and the nice man walking around even had sprinkles for my sons ice cream cone, AND he replaced it with a smile when it fell on the floor. Never have a problem here. Some of these complaints make me roll my eyes, they didnt put sauce and napkins in the bag? Thats something you check before you drive away, stuff happens. Lobby looks messy? Are they actively cleaning it? Is it just after a rush time? Feel rushed at the drive thru? Speak up, ask to look at the menu, they will just smile and walk over to the menu. I mean, really, give people a break. I just dont believe you should give a business a bad review/rating over something you should have done yourself. Sorry everyone! *end rant*

I live a exit down from the Chick-fil-a here at Eagles Landing, I come here and eat a lot. The food is fantastic, great customer service. As always the employees are friendly and helpful. The people here go out of there way to come over to your table and have a chat with you, which I like. The food is fast and Ive never ever had a problem. Its right at I-75 so you get lots of traffic coming in and out. And the food is still fast even with the high traffic. OH and if you have a problem with your food they will replace it with no problem. As always they are a wonderful Christian environment and you never have to worry about hearing music that is unpleasing.

Tonight I went through the drive thru for dinner for my family & I... I order 3 large chicken noodle soup (for my family that is sick at home). After paying for my food and waiting in a long line, I was told at the window that they were OUT of soup AND it would be at least ONE HOUR for soup to be ready... My response: ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I used to work at this location, I know the deal with soup. HOW could they be out of soup? This is the SICK SEASON! Im so upset about this. ALSO the customer service was very terrible. Im very disappointed and hope they can work on this. Over the last year, the service has gone down hill!!!!!

No good morning, or thanks you during this visit....I went through the chick fil a drive thru for breakfast. It was not busy and my order came out fast, but when I ordered a chicken burrito combo and a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit. Not only was my ordered incorrect I didnt receive a the egg and cheese of my biscuit and the burrito seemed to have shrunk from the last time I ate one. The chicken inside of burrito was not fresh and the tortilla was old. In addition, the condiments and napkins I asked for were not in the bag. I am very disappointed that my breakfast was unsatisfying.

Where to start.... On multiple occasions they have been out of biscuits well before even 10:00. They have ran out of fries a couple times. Went there for lunch a few weeks ago and the guy directing traffic that worked there held me back while 3 cars jumped in front of me in the drive thru, then tried to get rude with me about it. Its maybe half a step up from McDonalds. I used to eat here at minimum 3 times a week but now I find myself going maybe every other week if that.. Maybe one day they can get it together. Maybe.....

I rate this location @ 4 Stars because of a bad experience with ordering a salad. I placed my order and was given something totally different. The supervisor was using an employee as a means of communication addressing the error. I finally asked to speak to her directly. However, I will say that I was contacted by the owner I believe who was very understanding and apologetic. The place obviously has excellent ownership. I would definitely return. Besides that little mishap the place is wonderful. Not a deal breaker though!

My family and I stopped to eat on our way to South Carolina and the food was good but the staff wasnt very hospitable. I work for a chick fil a in another state and the service was lacking. We were brought the wrong food, we notified an employee of a wet spot on the floor that needed a wet floor sign and he ignored us, only to come back with the sign and drop it over the spot. No thank you, nothing. Also no one greeted us when we came or left. Not the best visiting experience.

The food is hit or miss and I often seem to get hard, stale, overcooked meat. As a European, Ive always been told this place is supposed to be a great fast food location. The waffle fries are often horrible, either old or not cooked thoroughly, and Germans love potatoes so this is unfortunate. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it is clean and for the excellent customer service from the coloured girls inside and European girls at the drive thru outside.

Food was as expected but several items were left off our order and the service was rude and not very accommodating or hospitable. When we went back to get the items left off there was not even a "youre welcome" when I said thank you. Also it was the dinner rush and the womens bathroom was closed for cleaning a very long time, and once it reopened there was still no soap in the dispenser. We love chick-fil-a but will not be stopping at this one ever again.

In high demand based on high and highway traffic, but hats off to the seemless system of order takers upon drive up, payment takers(JOANNA WAS FAB :)) to your window, not theirs, and person standing outdoors with your order in hand as you pull up, condiments included, it honestly was a 2-3 minute drive thru. Im glad I WASNT SWAYED BY THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AND WRAP AROUND LINES, thats right, two merge as one. The food hot, fresh, and Chick fil a delicious.

Chik-fila is a faith based business that I support 100%. It is hands down the best fast food chain in AMERICA. They have real people take your order outside during the day and the service is second to NONE! They really show what peaceful faith based religions are all about when incorporated into a business. It makes a big difference in my opinion.. If Jesus was eating a chicken sandwich in heaven right now it would be from here...lol.. sooooo gooood...
