ZERO stars. Very dirty inside, slow and unprofessional service. Staff acted like they could care less about the customers and we playing around instead of working. There were dead flies in the windows of the dining area. While waiting for our food, the blonde woman who had taken our order walked through the dining area to go smoke outside. She sat in the parking lot and smoked directly next to my car where I could see her from the dining window (mind you I wasnt eating, we had been waiting several minutes for food). My son pointed her out smoking. When she finished, she threw the butt on the ground in the parking lot, instead of in the trash can. She walked right by the can though. Sickening. Not even going to eat the food. There were no cup lids for the customers as well, so my drink isnt covered.

The people are usually really nice, but always, always, always check your drive-thru order as it is rarely complete or correct. I dont order a lot of "special" treatment, but every time I get home somebodys meal is either wrong or missing. They fix it quickly, which is why they still get 4 stars, but I wish the management would let them be a little more concerned with completeness and correctness and a little less preoccupied with how fast we scoot through the drive-thru window.

If I could give zero stars I would. Get your head out of your asses and actually have manners. Dont like your job? GET ANOTHER ONE!! Its simple. Your sign says "Your order has potential" obviously not if you cant get the damn thing right. Im so fed up. Yall need different management point blank for morning and night.

THIS IS THE NASTIEST REST ON EARTH, THEY ALSO OUT OF CHICKEN. MANGER AND WORKS ARE RUDE AND NASTY. I WAS THEATENED BY A WORKER THERE, HE CAME AROUND COUNTER AND CAME FOR ME! THEY WEAR NOT GLOVES OR HEAD COVERING EVEN THE MANGER!! I HAD TO CALL POLICE . DONT EAT HERE ! OH PLACE IS ALWAY DRITY AS HELL!

Ok im given this place 2 stars If I would have entered this a month ago it would have been no stars They in the past have had horrible service Horrible employees Order never right etc..... It was better this last time but has room for improvement So 2 stars for now

Food quality is up and down by the day, the drinks always taste overly carbonated. And if you go through the drive through expect a 15-20 minute wait and no reciept to call in with to validate purchase. Says new management but its still the same service, same crew..

I placed my order and pulled to the window and paid for my food... I was told to pull up and I have been sitting in the front of the building for going on 20mins.!!!! People who walked inside after I pulled up were served and walked out. I am very disappointed

this is not a fast food restaurants if you want your food within a hour and a half go somewhere else managers need to be fired because they dont know how to manage nobody they can change their decor but they cannot change there sorry service
