I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and an eggroll. Food was ready in ten minutes, as promised, and checked out with a smile! The egg roll was delicious - crispy outside, fresh and flavorful inside. The entree was not good - and thats saying a lot since Sweet and Sour Chicken is (I thought!) a hard dish for a respectable Chinese joint to mess up. The fried rice was light and fluffy - great texture... but had zero flavor and didnt include any seasoning, carrots, peas, egg, etc that you would expect to find. The chicken was a good portion, and properly fried, but the breading had no flavor. There was enough S/S sauce, but literally five little crinkle-cut carrots and 4 or 5 pineapple chunks. The worst part of all was the whole dish felt like it had a heavy handful of salt dumped in. The rice, the sauce, and then youd bite into the chicken -- it was so salty I could hardly eat it. And I LOVE salt! ... not really a taste you expect in a S/S Chicken dish. Very disappointing.

The fried rice at the Rice Bowl is not anything as the fried rice that I grew up loving. Then, most chinese places are not nowadays. The rice is so plain, it could pass for rice-a-roni. There are no bean sprouts, bell peppers, and you can count the pieces of green onions in a serving. I would still go every now and then because the servings are generous when I get the urge for chinese for lunch. However, I was so disappointed today and told them so. I ordered that chicken brocoli special with brown rice, thinking that I would be getting the fried rice that I always get with a special but instead I got white rice sauteed in soy sauce. It was plain rice. Yet, they charged me more than they did when I got the fried rice. The serving was not as generous either. The best thing that they have going for them is their egg rolls.

Horrible manager! My food sat under the heat lamps for over 3 minutes while he was busy on his phone and delivered other tables order. When I complained he said that he held it because I was waiting on someone. I told the waitress to still bring me my food even though I was waiting, not let it sit until my other guest arrives. Long story short, I left pissed and now Im here at Orchid Thai Restaurant getting better service.

Food was ready quickly, some of the most mediocre food Ive ever eaten. Make sure you get something with sauce on it, the rice bowl I got was very dry. My friend had the hunan shrimp and said it was decent. In a pinch itll do but there are much better places for asian food.

The food is good. On the other hand, this place is pricey, cramped, often requires an excessive wait, and they usually try to rush you out the door due to inadequate seating space.

That was the worst over priced undelivered Chinese food I have ever eaten. Cold chicken was hard and old. Save your money dont go.
