Overall, very good food! I had a takeout order and was greeted warmly as I walked in. I ordered via the mobile app, and was able to pay with Apple Pay--a definite plus. The General Tsos was cooked properly, with the right balance of heat and sweet; crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It appeared to be a mix of dark meat with a few hunks of white meat, which is perfect for me. May be one of the best versions in the area. The fried rice that was served with it was also very tasty and well seasoned without being overly so--this is fried rice that Id be happy eating all by itself. The Crab Rangoon could use a little bit of work; instead of a crispy wonton, it was chewy and had an almost powdery exterior. The flavor was good though. I prefer mine with a filling thats a little more firm with some scallions but overall I enjoyed them, and the generous portions of sweet and sour sauce included with them were good and complimented the Rangoons well. All portions were enough for two to share or leftovers for lunch if youre stingy. Price was very reasonable. I have no doubt Ill be back!

Pros: prices are affordable and sweet tea was good and service was good. Cons: food was a bit undercooked and looked and tested as if it came from a frozen microwaveable bag from wall mart. The shrimp pad Thai was inedible mostly because I couldnt get my face close enough to it since it smelled particularly like a vet clinic. Im not a picky person nor do I wrote many reviews, but me and my wife will most likely not give it another go at saigon.

I have ordered take out several times at this establishment as it is very close to my home. Always service with a smile and the food is fantastic. This is not your low-end in and out Chinese take away, this is a much higher quality of cuisine with plenty of choices for everyone. Received a very nice 2015 calendar with my order tonight. Please visit this and other local establishments. They need our support!

A friend recommended Saigon and I am glad I tried it! Great food at reasonable prices. Very pleasant ambience and friendly staff. I had Shrimp Pad Thai and my husband had the special noodle soup. Both very good and would definitely order them again. The menu has "American" Chinese dishes as well as the more traditional Asian dishes. I look forward to trying both!

Absolutely love the food and service here. Even our 4 year old daughter is obsessed with this place, especially the spring rolls. I would highly recommend the combination beef noodle in broth and the house special vermicelli noodle dish - just to die for! But out of the many different dishes weve had since discovering this place, we have yet to be disappointed.

My family stopped in for lunch while in the area. The restaurant was very clean and looked more upscale. The food was delicious and decently priced. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. My 8 and 5 year olds named Saigon as one of their top five places to eat, much to the enjoyment of our server. We plan on stopping in again when were in the area.

Service is always good and the food is always great! Atmospere is very nice. In fact it comes across like an upscale restaurant but they are still very patient with my (loud and messy) young children. I stop by every time Im in the area. This is a great dinner location after a day at the zoo!

The food has decent flavor, but I experienced a couple of problems. The calamari appetizer was very overcooked, and was practically inedible. The calamari in the seafood pho was also quite rubbery, and the scallops were fake. If I ever came back here I suppose I would try a different dish.

I had a stir fried tofu dish, and it was pretty good. Nothing above-and-beyond, but not bad at all. The flavors were nice, and portion size was good. There were some issues with the bill when that came, but they were quick to fix it and make it right.

Great food, friendly staff. Asian food is one of my favorite foods and it cannot be messed up. Pricing is good too, they have an awesome lunch special, and you actually get the same amount as you would if you were going to dinner.

For fairly decent prices the quality of food is great. It tasted fresh, the service was polite and timely. The restaurant itself had a classy feel as well. I would highly recommend trying it out!

My wife and I come here often. Great service, and the food prep is usually crazy fast. Best options are Pho (rare steak and signature-combo) and my personal favorite the Pork Vermicelli.

Had Tofu Phad Thai last time and it was very good. The Lo Mein this time was oily. Otherwise the food here is good. No desserts available here except a few milkshakes.

Very accommodating of your needs, good services. The pho was decent, a tad bit overseasoned with the brown star seasoning, but overall fair pho.

Food here is good. But its more on the Vietnamese than the Chinese. Not that thats a complaint!
