I have had many bad experiences here the last 3 or 4 times Ive been to this all-you-can-eat restaurant this year and dont plan to return any time soon. Here are the problems: 1. Food, in particularly the crab legs, is limited in quantities and not all you can eat. Two of us got 3 medium size plates total between us and then were told there was no more. They now post signs that there are limited food quantities. 2. They lie to you about replenishing the food in the steam tables. They will either keep you waiting or ignore your requests. 3. Was told they close at 10 pm. But actually they start cleaning (mopping floors and removing food) whenever the business slows down. The last time we were told they were closing at 8:30 pm. Typically, they start mopping the floors around 9:15 and removing the food from the steam tables. The last time they started at 8 pm. The smell of bleach and ammonia does not go well with our dinners. 4. When they want to close 1-2 hours early they will tell you that you have 10 or 15 minutes to finish your dinner, then, they (waitresses, cooks) stand nearby staring at you trying to hurry you up. 5. They have raised the prices for basically the same menu and the same lousy service. The last time we went to the restaurant, I had to go look for our waitress 3 times. Twice she was trying to eat, clean-up and get ready to leave....1-1/2 hours early. 6. The entire restaurant does not care about the customers. They open and close the restaurant when they feel like it. You have no idea when they want to close and so you never know if you have time to complete your meal. One time I called the day before July 4 and I was told they usually close at 10 pm but they may close as early as 4 pm. We went to some other restaurant that day. There are other similar restaurants that we will go to next time because they are more considerate of their customers. Also, we noticed the last several times weve been there, the restaurant is less busy each time. Considering how poorly they treat their customers, it wouldnt be surprising if this restaurant goes out of business and closes. That would be very nice for the rest of us.

By far and away (way-away) the best Chinese buffet I have ever seen on planet earth. I am not exaggerating. Ive lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York and Ive been to Asia. Reminded me of a famous seafood restaurant in Bangkok. Its an incredible bargain and the neighborhood is really lucky to have this place. Its a couple doors down from the Office Depot there off Hall rd. Now dont be fooled... from the outside, the place looks just like any other crappy chinese buffet. But inside, the decor is really luxurious and meticulously clean, and the food is absolutely surprising. Just row after row of chinese and pan-asian dishes, all very fresh, and several unusual authentic items, too, that you never see at these places. There are incredible made-to-order flame-grilled kabobs of shrimp or steak, even squid etc., at the hibachi bar where you pick your own veggies and meats and hand it to the guy to cook. And theres a large selection of great dim-sum dumplings too, served fresh on the buffet in special steamer baskets. They even have those delicious cantonese chicken feet, as well as sauteed chinese spring-greens (theyre expensive). Ive never seen any of these things at a buffet. And theres a twenty-foot-long sushi bar with actual real sushi, plus lots of shrimp and seafood on the regular buffet, too... perfectly-cooked calamari and octopus even! A truly rare treat, suitable for both the ethnic-fine-dining connoisseur and the T-shirt crowd. And yes, they have all the American junk... fried chicken, onion rings, ice-cream etc., and it actually looked really good compared to other chinese buffets. There were so many great and healthy ethnic dishes, though, that I wasnt tempted (well, not really). And they somehow price it really cheap, too, for what you get, especially if you like the authentic asian stuff ($7.99 lunch, $11.99 dinner). Weekend dinner is $14.99 and includes things like fresh oysters and crab-legs.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend eating here if youre looking for food that is less than an hour old. Im fairly certain that the food we ate had been sitting out for most of the day. A lot of the chicken was dried up and burnt, the rice was hard, noodles were soggy, etc. Im probably going to get sick from the nasty sushi I ate (rice was dried out and hard like it was made a few days prior). It was disgusting. Despite complaining about the quality of the food, the most the OWNER would do was give us 10% off. Basically saved us from paying sales tax, which was stupid. DO NOT EAT HERE! EDIT for Joyce: The sushi certainly was not fresh when I ate there for dinner. The rice was all dried out and it was nowhere near being cold. Also, when I go to a buffet I dont expect any of the other food to necessarily be fresh, but when the chicken has been sitting out in the pan so long that there is no longer sauce and each piece is burnt and stuck to the pan, there is clearly a problem. Several different selections were like this and then the sushi was really old to top it all off. It was no acceptable.

This place is awful. Me and a few friends went for lunch at around 2pm. They acted like there was nowhere to sit when we got there and the restaurant wasnt even full. She sat us at a table they had silverware rolls piled high. Multiple other tables so wasnt sure why we had to go to that specific one. They were using the table to roll silverware and took forever to move them to a different table. When I got up to the buffet there were tons of empty food trays. And what was there was almost gone or looked like it had been sitting awhile. The pineapple chicken tasted like bbq. Food was cold and they has literally 3 pieces of sushi TOTAL at the sushi bar. People were requesting to have sushi put out as well as me and I was there a good 45 minutes before they brought out one singular plate of it. Which was literally just rice and avocado. Tried to use the "grill option" since they had almost nothing out and stood there being ignored for a good 5-10 minutes before I gave up. Awful awful awful.

We got there about 8am and most of the food on the buffet was dried up. I asked if they were going to bring more stuff out and they said yes. They did bring some stuff out but not much. If asked for fresh frog legs but they never brought them out. So I resorted to the Hibachi grill. I took a couple steaks which were small. The guy told me that it was limit one but let me have it. I told him there wasnt much else to choose from. Even the hibachi items were picked over. The sushi bar was picked over as well as the coctail shrimp. No crab legs to be seen!! Very disappointing and true they close at 10 but every person should have fresh good to choose from no matter what time it is!! Our bill was $41.50 regardless of the fact the food sucked!! Were from out of town but will never visit this restaurant again!! Guess my souvenir is a stomach ache from this place!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!
