UPDATE- AUG 10, 2017_ i ordered the square deep dish pizza 2nite with a 1/2 off coupon _ good thing it was 1/2 off- because it was 1/2 the pizza it used 2 b _ i dont think it was any thicker than a hand tossed round pizza. had 2 eat twice as many pieces 2 b satisfied - i include pics_ SO - this is the 3rd time in a row ive ordered from PassPort and their food has been DISAPPOINTING - I wont order from them again. 2 bad- they used 2 b good. but 3 bad experiences in a row proves they r no longer good enuf. UPDATE: FEB 26 2017_ i ordered again from the Passport on 19 mile in Sterling Heights_ they sent me an email coupon with medium rounds available for $5 until end of FEB_ i ordered 2 medium rounds with pepperoni and parmesan cheese crusts_ i got 1 pizza without the parmesan cheese_ and the other pizza with a HAIR in the 1st slice i pulled out_ if U look at the pics- u can see me holding the hair up in 1 of them.__the pizza was similar to little caesars on a bad day. it actually tasted better out of the refrigerator the following day.__ ** thats 2 delivery orders in a row_ from the Passport Pizza on 19 mile in Sterling Heights_ that have been BELOW average.--whats going on 19 mile Passport? ---------- Ive ordered from Sterling Heights PassPort (19 Mile) many times in the past- and it has always been very good to excellent_ which is why i ordered from them again 2nite. I was UN-pleasantly disappointed. i placed the order thru PassPorts online ordering_ usually i order thru GrubHub. The pizza-stix-salad arrived on time or maybe a few minutes late- didnt bother me- because in the past theyve always been quick-polite- and delivered hot food hot and cold food cold_ BUT 2nite the pizza and stix arrived luke warm- boxes without foil or other lining- so grease was seeping thru the bottoms onto the counter- and the pizza bottom was actually soggy_ (again- 1st time ive received a disappointing order) the individual sized chef salad was packaged in a small plastic clam-shell- packed completely full_ so u cant eat the salad out of the container- in fact- when u open the container the salad will fall out_ will have 2 transfer to another bowl to eat, add dressing and toss. (havent eaten the salad yet - but it looked fine.) _ there is some good news_ i took out my Hamilton Beach sandwich grill- placed a couple slices of the deep dish pizza and a few of the stix on it_ and within 5 minutes the pizza was hot and crisped up_ and TASTED GREAT__ But when U R used 2 getting the product hot, delicious and ready 2 eat- its disappointing 2 get it soggy, lukewarm and having 2 take the time 2 heat it up. Will I order from them again ? YES - everyone can have an off night_ PassPort has delivered quality product 2 me 9 out of 10 times_ even my moms food/cooking wasnt good all the time- we R only human To err is human...

Update: The owner (I assume) responded to my review saying they fired the person responsible for my poor service. So we gave them another shot this week. Ordered a large round with extra sauce, well done, and an order of bread sticks. Took 50 minutes to arrive, cold pizza, flat as a piece of cardboard. No extra sauce that I paid for. Terrible. Even the bread was flat, like they never let the dough rise. This wasnt on a busy weekend night, it was during the day for lunch. I have lost all faith in this place and will never return. Jets it is from now on! Old review--> Screw this place! Used to get good pizza all the time. They are like 3 minutes from my house, and I never see them get here inside of 45 minutes. Look, if youre that busy on a Sunday at 4pm, fine. But dont put my pizza in the oven and leave with it 40 minutes later. Horrible management. Rude, and unprofessional on the phone. You know, I was a manager at Hungry Howies, and even though it isnt a great job, I took pride in it. When you have Jets right across the street from you, it just doesnt make good business sense to continuously serve sub-par food. Does it? You figure, your radius only extends so far, so your customer base is limited as it is. Every time you show your customers that you dont care, you lose one. Why is it that Sterling Heights is so full of bad workers? All of the restaurants around here have went downhill. Is it that our future is doomed? Has the arrogance of Sterling Heights residents finally resulted in an entire generation of self-absorbed, LAZY, and ignorant children running our business for us? Do people just buy business just to say they own them, and then offer poor service until they go under? WTF is wrong with people today? This place has struck out FAR too many times for me, so it is official, Im done with Passport pizza. With this type of service, I envision this place closed down inside of a year. The owner obviously doesnt care, so why should we? Keep up the good work Jets! You are the last good pizza place left in this city. You are the only ones that are consistent, and show some pride in your work.

Just ordered from this place, placed my order around 11 am they said forty minutes, took over and hour to get here. The driver said they didnt have a driver on till 11:30 so why does your call center not have that information? So basically we waited over an hour spent 30 bucks to the receive not one but two cold pizzas. To make matters worse one of the pizzas was still doughy. I know its cold outside but seriously over an hour for about a mile and a half away? When I called back, I got the call center the first lady I spoke to said even if she gave me the stores number it would go back to the call center. So that was super helpful. The second man I spoke to at the call center was more helpful said theyd send out replacement pizzas if I gave the cold ones back... Yeah my family wants to wait even longer to eat, pass, so then he said hed give me a credit, better. But a six dollar credit in 30 bucks worth of stuff? No thanks hope that credit lasts a while because I will not be ordering from passport again. Truly awful customer service and food. Hard pass.

Today July 11, 2017. My son ordered one large with double old fashioned pepperoni. When it arrived, the pizza wasnt double pepperoni and it wasnt the old fashioned. He called back to tell them and both the man and woman he talked to were extremely rude rude rude. They wanted to give him a $5 credit. Really? You screwed up the pizza. Like many times before... Apparently.. Look at your crappy ratings. Then they purposely held off delivering and brought a replacement pizza that was cold. The new woman is terrible, and things have been bad since she started. My husband orders here every week. Never again. Paul will no longer order from the crappy store. Keep your flat pizza. They dont even let the dough rise. It is thin as cardboard. They burn your pizza a lot and one time we got super old mushrooms. Definitely no consistency, and no pride in their restaurant. We will choose Jets from now and on. Even little Caesars is better.
