Pretty unimpressed. Called ahead to order a specialty pizza. When in the store to pick up, the guy at register read me my order to confirm he was giving me the right one...but what he read was incorrect. After checking with other staff, it was determined that the order was written wrong on the ticket, but my order was correct. He opened it and checked it right in front of me. It looked ok, to me, as well. Definitely not the prettiest Little Caesars pizza Ive received, but it looked to be correct. I took it home. The box was so greasy. Ive never had a Little Caesars box get that geasy. And the sauce/topping were so far to the middle, that there was SO much extra "crust" with no toppings I may have just ordered bread sticks. Not to mention, the pieces could not even be picked up because the dough in the middle was SO thin it just flopped over making a mess. The crust was not crispy (it was cooked, but not golden...it was pretty much all white still). Ive ordered many regular pizzas from many Little Caesars locations, and Ive never had one this bad. Its one thing when you run in and pick up a hot n ready...I kind of assume what you get is what you get. But when you call ahead and specify what you want, it shouldnt come out that poorly.

Terrible service.Ordered stuffed crust pizza. Took it home alas wasnt stuffed crust.Called in to let them know they messed up and they told me next time Im around come on in for a free one. Week later pick up my pizza.Again not stuffed crust. Didnt complain about it since this pizza was free. Fast forward one week. Placed an order in person on Friday to be picked up on Sunday for 10 pizzas (my daughters birthday party). Get there 5 mins early. No record of my order. Also no hot and ready pizzas in the warmer. As Im waiting for them to finish my order they start giving away pizzas from my order to fulfill walk in orders.Ended up waiting 30 minutes for an order I placed days ahead of time. This location will never get my business again.

Worst little ceasars to get pizza from EVER. The food itself really isnt bad.. That is when you finally get it. Called 25 minutes ahead of time for pick up, get there and theyre just starting to make it as you walk in. I understand how busy this store can get, but I also know that there are many other stores and pizza places around the area that also get super busy- yet somehow manage to deliver quick service. From one individual in food service to another- less chit chat, more focus on the job.

I have had pizza from here four times in the last month and it is sooo good. The price is amazing and the staff is always friendly. Even when they are super busy (which shows that theyre doing something right) they are on top of the orders and the Hot N Readys. I have seen people come in and take five or more Hot N Ready pizzas at once, the staff is cool and calm , handling the rush and additional orders. Good job guys!!

I have never walked in this place for a "Hot and Ready" and a Pizza been ... I dont know ... READY. Usually, the wait is from 15 minutes, to 25 minutes, to sometimes an hour as children run around the store. Youre better off (since your time is worth money) just going to a sit down restaurant than this Little Caesars. By far, the worst Ive ever seen.

I ordered a stuffed crusted deep dish and a pepperoni hot and ready. The cheese for the deep dish was on top with a couple of pepperoni trying to cover it. The cheese was cold and tasted like fish and the sauce on both of them tasted off. I tossed it all in the trash and same night my whole house was sick. I will never go there again.

I came in today thinking i was going to get quality serivice, Ha think again. One of the employees had a real bad attitude, throwing my food, that I paid for, around on the counter and had the nerve to tell me "have a good day" in a smart a** way. I will not be coming here again. Friendly service my a**.

The food is always great, but the service at this particular Little Ceasars isnt great. Might be teenagers that work there, if not, they certainly have the manners of a teenager. Also, its always a long wait. They never have Hot and Readys on standby when Im in there.

Gave us the wrong pizza. When we went back for the correct one, which was just cheese, made us wait as though we had just placed an order. In the meantime, over half a dozen other people walked out with orders. Terrible service! Always give order errors priority.

JUST HORRIBLE. Call in for a pizza. They give a time to come pick it up. When I get there.. They are just now MAKING the damn pizza. I had to wait 40min. NEVER going here again. If I could give them no stars I would. NEVER go here just a waste of your time.

One time, I went there for a hot and ready deep dish and there was a Laffy Taffy wrapper baked into the crust. Foolishly I went back. Tonight, my crazy bread was a sack of hot dough...basically not even baked. Ew.

Never has "hot and ready" pizzas ready, bread is often under cooked, and rude service, walk in for a hot and ready and youll wait at least 15 minutes every time
