I just hope the experience we had tonight was a fluke. We had the most idiotic waiter Ive have ever seen. The service was beyond trash, to the point we felt uninvited. His approach was very bitter and blunt. It was clear he didnt want to be there. He didnt clear anything off our table, until we basically ran out of space, and just handed stuff to us basically telling us to find somewhere to put it. He was also MIA most of the time, rolling silverware napkins at another table. I believe Ive had better service at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and til this day I never even thought that would even be possible. Nevertheless the food was great, it just sucked that we were assigned a what seemed to be a busboy serving us.

This stuff is awesome. The crust, made without commercial yeast is tender but crunchy/chewy. The sauce was amazing, the toppings are high quality. The gelato is made with locally sourced milk. The management and staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the product. I was impressed with the passion for and knowledge about the food and ingredients. Seriously, this place is awesome. They are vegan friendly and VERY helpful in accomodating a vegetarian diet, but, they also have very high quality meat toppings. I cant say anything bad about this pizzeria except that I have to drive 40 minutes to get there--which I will.

Ordered a margarita pizza to go and it was phenomenal! I will be back tomorrow to order two more to take back with me to Pittsburgh. There pizzas are all 12 which is kind of small but the taste is not lacking in this small pie. I have been to New York and Chicago and although my favorite pizza place is Lombardis in NYC, this place can keep up with them. Something strange was that they gave you a plastic pizza cutter to cut your own pizza, not sure if this is a Detroit custom but I just thought I would mention that they dont cut the pie for you.

Service is lousy. Our waitress added extra tip to the check after we were gone. Days later I checked my card statement only to see that the tip amount was way higher than what I originally wrote down. When I called to settel the issue, the "manager" took details and I never heared from him again. I guess that waitress wanted extra cash for her holiday shopping. I would not recommed this place , and if you go make sure you check your statement later.

I came in with a friend and was seated in the bar area at a small table and was asked what i wanted to drink. We ordered our drinks and when she brought them i told the waitress i was ready to order, she disappeared for 20 mins and when i asked for her no one still came around, 20 minutes later me and my friend left some money and left and the bar tender apologized but i cant understand how 40 minutes of someones time isnt important now days.

This is one of my favorite places for pizza! I love trying new pizzas and chefs specials, but some I just have to have the same pie over and over, like the duck prosciutto pizza. I also love their marinated olives as an appetizer. I eat them all every time. The service is always great and the place is always spotless. Very family friendly environment. They serve a lot of great Michigan craft brews. Great place, great food.

Love the crispy, thin-crust pizza here and the salads alone are worth the trip. Especially the roasted beet on arugula with walnuts and goat cheese. Not baaaah-d at all. (Sorry). They also have a good selection of craft beers on draft. Only thing Im not crazy about is the spaghetti and meatballs because the meatballs only have beef in them. I like a mixture of beef, pork and veal. But overall, top-notch food and service.

Never had such a horrible customer service. One of the waiters chased us to the parking lot because we left 15% tip. He was aggressive to us. The service was bad so we didnt want to give 20%. He basically said you have to give me 20% tip because its a party of 8 and we were 7. He didnt want to split the bill for the same reason. None of us will be back to this restaurant and of course, well not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL food! They had an eggplant puree for the soup the day I went and...well...the word orgasmic doesnt quite convey how good it really was. Then I got the Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella and basil...OH MY GOODNESS how utterly delicious!! And, at under $20 for the entree and everything else, hard to beat the value for a sit down and enjoy yourself with conversation meal!

The service was ok; I sat by the bar and it was a little slow going, really not attentive. The food was overpriced and not really as amazing as suggested online. We ordered risotto balls, two pizzas, a chicken dinner, and beers. The risotto was good, a little over spiced, pizza was good although my leftovers gave me an upset stomach. I wasnt really that impressed, way overpriced; not going back.

Worst service Every time come there extra slow service Got there on Wed. night at 7:30 *no one came to our table to get drinks *took half hour to get our salads And then another *20 minutes for their 90 second pizza to come to the table *gave all kinds of excuses *only gave one salad complimentary! No more chances, wont come back again and will tell ALL my friends, family and co-workers

Ive been here a few times and the staff are very knowledgable and all of the different foods ive had were great. Also if youre vegan or gluten free (or both) they have tons of options for you also. You can safely bring people with different dietary issues here and most likely not have an issue. Also they are not very pricey considering the quality of food and how much you get.

I ate out on the patio and they had nice sun shades that still etc the breeze through and the feeling of being outside. I started with a small chefs salad and that was amazing. The right amount of dressing and the small manageable pieces of lettuce. I got the crispy Brussel sprout pizza and ate the whole thing myself. Perfect thin crust. Ill be back!

All the pizzas are 12-inch round and thin crust. Had white pizzas, prosciutto di parma and crispy brussels sprouts - excellent! The one dessert I tried was the pistachio gelato - scoop about baseball-sized, creamy and definitely tasted like pistachio. If youre going for lunch, you need to arrive before 11:30am. By noon the place is jam packed.

Had a terrific dinner. I sat at the bar and Katie, the bartender is terrific. She recommended their clam appetizer. The red sauce is excellent. The steak frites was perfectly cooked and the fries with parm and rosemary were outstanding! If your in the area, stop in for a great meal with a terrific staff!

The best thin crust pizza around! If your looking for artisan pizza this is the place for you, fresh locally sourced ingredients and they offer amazing lunch specials and on Tuesdays all wine bottles are half off! They also have a gluten free prep station so it is allergy friendly and tastes amazing!!!

This is a great lunch spot for people working in Southfield. My colleagues and I go every few weeks in the winter and more frequently in the summer when we can eat out on their covered patio. The pizzas are delicious, great atmosphere and youre sure to run into friends or business contacts.
