EXTREMELY cheap. Ordered calzone and a salad. The calzone was extremely skinny and EXTREMELY greasy - dripped heavily with grease, it takes 5 paper towels to eat 1 of these. Cheese was very pastey - pepperoni was fake (my girl says it might halal) The chicken on the salad was chopped a LOT and spread all over salad to make it look like a lot. The crutons were in a bag? and extremely small amount and they were stale.The owner of the place needs to make a serious effort to not have cheap food or hes going out of business. Good news was my dog liked it. I have been in the restaurant business for several years.If anyone at "Mr. Cheese" sees this please give it to the owner so he can read it, but something tells me hes not going to listen.

Always late on delivery, I went there at 2pm, and ordered chicken and pizza for a birthday surprise party and paid for it and made SURE that they are aware that the food has to be delivered no later than 6:20pm for the surprise, guess what? They showed up at 6:45pm and ruined the surprise, and to add insult to the injury the owner called me and cussed me out because I asked for a refund because "according to him" that his driver was ONLY late for 10 minutes, are you kidding me? Lol if anything he should be saying nothing but apologies for the terrible service. Bottom line will never order from this place again nor my family or my friends. Good luck with your terrible customer service and terrible food quality. Peace

In respond to Hadis review. I was present at the time of the incident and witnessed what happened. Hadi asked for a 630 pm delivery and the driver arrived to his house on time but he lied and said that the driver was late so he can complain and receive his food for free.. Hadi was at Mr cheese pizza causing a scene and the owner already told him he doesnt have to pay and gave him both the order and the money back..I have been a customer of Mr cheese since they opened..the have great food and very efficient on time. They also provide great customer service!

Looked up this place out of nostalgia. This is where I got my first job, and may I say, it was quite a job. I still have fond memories of this place. The pizzas are amazing and the subs are one of the best Ive ever had. Dont believe me? Try a chicken sub (you wont regret it). Just remember that this is a small business though, so time delays can occur when the only two kitchen workers have to deal with a pile of orders.

I have been going here for many years and am good freinds with the owner. Theyre food has yet to fail me, I love theyre subs. Quick service, excellent wings (Im not afraid to eat them like some places), and comforting food. I look foward to gamedays to order lots of food and everyone is genreally happy and anxious. I plan to be coming here for more years to come.

I have always had reasonable service. I wonder if SOME of the reviews are more personal issues than food and service issues. Just saying. Im pretty picky about where I spend my money and what food I eat. I eat here from time to time. Flat bread steak subs are the best item Ive had.

Good service and good food, but sometimes the pizza isnt good. Also, their icing has been frozen for the past few times that weve ordered. Ive complained about it to them and no fix. Just "microwave it."

Stale,tough,and burnt crust. Service is slow, meals are over priced and not worth it at times, but the pizza its self could have its moments and fried chicken with fries is spot on.
