So Im still sitting here, waiting for for my 50 dollar order for an event (which was ordered in advance) and Im told I need to wait 10-15 minutes just so I can get a receipt. Ok. Meanwhile, the young man working the counter feels the need to sarcastically tell me and everyone else why he needs to "Till in to the other register" and why everyone is now waiting on me. Keep in mind, just for a receipt. Its 6pm on a work day its busy I get it. But I dont need the attitude from someone who is supposed to be customer facing, especially when I am purchasing 7 pizzas, 3 breadsticks and 4 pops. Quite a haul from one customer. Now he is getting an off duty employee to "till the register" while telling him he doesnt know how to do it... seems like good practice. We have used the location the last 4 months for this monthly event. Dont think we will be coming back. Ive now been here for 21 minutes.... Waiting for my receipt. Edit: all in all almost 30 minutes to wait for a receipt for an order that was made in advance.

When I come here I am greeted with smiles and care. I always get great quality pizza without any hassel. When I explained that one of the pizzas i recived was not very goo (crust was hard barely any cheese or sauce) they said no problem and made sure i got a pizza that was meeting expectations. The employees are incredibly nice and cares about their customers. I been told by some employees that they get bad reviews and Ill tell you right now I DO NOT SEE HOW.

I must say the past couple of times I been here, there are three young men working. These young men are spectacular. The customer service is amazing and always pleasant. On top of that my pizza is always hot and fresh. This is the best Little Caesars!
