Last night had dinner with five other female friends , I live in Brighton the others were from out of town and not familiar with the area. We had tickets for a 8 pm event in Brighton. I picked the restaurant and you know if things dont go right you feel awful. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress. Dark haired girl, extremely pretty, (I know it has nothing to do with service, but I thought she should be acknowledged ) top notch server. The food was great, the rolls, oh yeah the rolls! I have 45 years in food service both front and back house, management , fine dining etc. I am watchful of everything just habit. Bar None is not in the main hub area of all the Brighton places to eat but it is the best in service and food, my opinion. I think the prices are a bit high, but still rate in a 5 star. So whoever our server was lat night, you were super attentive, fast, polite, and you deserve a raise!

We order often for lunch takeout and all items do not disappoint. I wish there were more side item choices but overall the food is good. The Apple Orchard Salad is a hit in our office as well as the lasagna, the 1/2 rib lunch and the chicken gumbo soup. I would steer clear of the spaghetti as the noodles are too soft for my liking. The staff is also fantastic and always goes out of their way to help, especially with a large carry out order. I really appreciate the service.

The restaurant looked clean and nice. We sat outside on their patio very spacious and comfortable. Their menu selection was very varied. We had the lemon pepper chicken wings and those were good. The broccoli cheddar soup was ok, nothing special. I had apple, walnut and chicken salad. While plentiful, it was ok, nothing great.

Right at the same level as Stillwater - perhaps the best non chain restauarnt in Brighton. Love the hot bread, gumbo, and the Chicken Piccata is the best Ive ever had. Only one mor thing they can shoot for - beat Stillwaters Grey Goose Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives!!! Keep up the good work Bar None.

Friendly, efficient staff, variety of dishes - some of which looked good- but chicken piccata had a weird flavor. Mates had slightly better success with the mac n cheese and hamburger selections. Salads were really good, generous, and fresh! Ambiance not what I expected from outside. Would try again, maybe.

Reserved the back room for a bridal shower on a Sunday afternoon. The setting was perfect - large enough but intimate and private. The food was delicious, large portions, and reasonably priced. The servers were very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant for a meal or an event.

Had an awesome time celebrating the end of the school year. Food was really good (especially the bread. Always get the bread), and the patio was really fresh and comfortable. The umbrellas were new, and there was this chipmunk that kept visiting the tables. Definitely going again, hopefully soon.

Thank everyone at Bar None Steak and Fish! The food was very good and the service was better than perfect! Especially when 12 of us in the Hiking Club showed up with nothing but 10 minute warning. We try to give a place a better lead time, just didnt work out that way this time. You guys ROCK!!!

The food was great. However they need to rearrange/remove some tables. I was very disappointed where we sat. The middle front table we sat at and people waiting for a table would stand right by our table. The waitress kept calling it the vip table!! Hmmm wonder why?

This restaurant was wonderful... everyone of our meals were great. Pasta was better than olive garden and the steak was delicious. Our waitress Lori was very nice, we will definitely be coming back when were up this way.

Good food and service but the average age of patrons seemed to be heavy on the older generation side. Not a terrible thing just helpful for younger people to be aware of if youre looking to have a night to let loose.

Overall an ok place. Waitress was nice and on top of things but was not blown away by the food. Would have to go back to get a better feel for the food and how consistent things are. Would retry in the future.

The appearance of the place is nice and inviting, food is good and staff is great. The biggest problem is the noise level, hardwood floors and solid makes a very noisy and difficult to carry a conversation.

Agree with others: the waitstaff is superb. Decent beer selection. I had the prime rib and it was good but not great hence the removed star. Definitely worth a stop if youre in the area.
