Awesome smoothies! Pick one off the menu, or have it made to order. The turkey burritos are great. I absolutely love their vegetable soup and their lentil soup, and I am not a soup person. They dont always have that kind. It depends on the soup of the day. Very friendly service. Cant wait to go back!

Awesome healthy restaurant!! Family owned and operated. Everything on the menu is healthy . Great smoothies and entrees featuring mostly tuna and turkey. Perfect for a healthy lunch that tastes like it isnt. Flavors are amazing. This is one of Battle Creeks hidden gems.

The multigrain chicken quesidilla (with fresh salsa) ,fruit cocktail, and mango smoothie were amazing! It was absolutely delicious and nutritious! My husband and I were both highly satisfied with each aspect of our visit.
