If you have a craving for chipotle, make the drive to mall road. Been to the Burlington restaurant a number of times and really only had one good experience. They simply do not know how to wrap/make a burrito, only wish I could share a picture of the last burrito Ill ever get there. More ingredients on the outside of the burrito than inside, half the burritos Ive got at the Burlington restaurant became a burrito bowl either because the wrap was split to badly in a few places or like my last one that seemingly was wrapped in the aluminum foil with no order and little to no care about their product.

Showed up to give chipotle another try today. Quarter to 12 and no chicken, no brown rice. Just seemed like a bunch of kids running this store with zero experience. Everyone had long hair, including one with dress, no hair nets. Burritos were not rolled correctly and just fell apart. What a mess! To bad I have been eating at chipotle for years. They probably wont be around much longer at this rate.

I absolutely love Chipotle, but I really get mad if my rice is crunchy. Its ok to horse around and gossip with each other, but lets get the food right first. I guess from now on we will go to the Florence Mall location. I spend way to much money in Chipotle to be so disappointed.

Waited for chicken to be chopped, not much steak on another. No hair nets? Also, couldnt roll a burrito so i just told her to put it in a bowl, since it was all going to the same place. Not what I expect from a company that is trying to restore its name.

I enjoy the food here, but like all places its a hit and miss, sometimes the food is great and other times it doesnt taste right. I like that they have different meats to choose from and even vegetarian options as well, overall its a great place to eat!

I worked there and I was completely overworked and under appreciated. The General Manager is awful and doesnt care about anybody but herself. Its never clean and everyday it just looks completely run down. Dont go there. Seriously.

The staff is rude, the meats are always cold, and they are always running out of food. If you want real Chipotle, go to Mall road where the staff is actually inviting. This location needs new management.

No slat on the chips, they skimp you on ALL of the food. All of the stuff I go was old. The lettuce was brown. NO SALT OR LIME ON THE CHIPS :( thats the best part about the chips. This Chipotle SUCKSSSS
