HONEST & GOOD people work at this location. We stopped there on our way from Pittsburgh to Lexington (04/30/17) and grabbed quick bite. In the evening my friend realized he is missing the wallet, looked every where and couldnt find it. Called to this location and talked to the manager in evening (around 6 pm) but they didnt find any wallet. Manager told us to call back in the morning and told us he would look for it. Next day we called in the morning and manager had a good news for us. Him and his staff found the wallet outside the store in parking lot. I cant tell you how happy my friend was after he heard about the good news. He had nearly 500 dollar cash in wallet and his driving license and debit cards. He is visiting the US and losing his wallet with his important stuff would had put him in a real bad situation. If you are reading this review and work there THANK YOU so much once again. Great people work there who take dignity and take pride in their job.

I love Chipotle because its completely customizable, free from preservatives, pesticides and all the yucky stuff that makes me feel so bad in other restaurants. I cant tolerate soy, GMOs, or dairy and its easy to avoid here and still have a delicious meal thats healthy. My favorite is the barbacoa bowl. The servings are also huge. I always have leftovers and my husband is more than satisfied with his meal. The staff at thus location is great, too. The only reason I dont give it a 5 is because I dont care for the seating or how cold it always is in the dining room, so I prefer not to eat in. I wish Chipotle would make changes in this regard.

Never order off the app because clearly no one knows how to read there. They always forget the guacamole, always add the wrong salsa and never add sour cream. I pay extra for the stuff so I want it. The hot salsa makes it practically non-edible. Then when you call them all they say is we are sorry nothing we can do now... I got it to go because I work and cant spend all day babysitting just to make sure you know how to make a damn bowl or burrito. Worst one I have ever been too. Never going back.

I cannot say enough good things about Chipotle. This Mall Rd. location really came through for me in a crunch. I had a big party and needed catering for 20 people with only a few hours notice. My call was a huge inconvenience for the store Im sure, but they stepped up and saved the day. Thank you so much! Special shout out to the Manager Alan and his team, and also Tanner at the Dream St. location who provided some additional hot food and warmers. The party was a huge success! - #1 Chipotle Fan

Stopped in today and was only asked what meat I wanted on my burrito. Didnt ask anything else. Proceeded to put black beans, Verde salsa, sour cream, and lettuce on my burrito before asking if I wanted anything else. I asked them remake it with what I wanted and without what I didnt and the Latino lady looked at me like I was crazy. I am not happy that they just assumed that I wanted all that on it. The most disrespectful chipotle Ive ever been to.

Simply the best. Ive forgotten my wallet on a rare occasion or two when coming to this location, they have never been phased and are always happy to comp my burrito bowl. Im here twice a week and a few of the workers know me and are very cordial. Always recommend Chipotle! Ninja edit... I mean, its not going to keep me from eating here all the time, but FFS, its 10 degrees outside, turn on the heat!

Ive been frequenting this Chipotle over the last few years since moving to Florence. I can say for certain that I have never had any issue with quality of food or service here. My only issue with this location is access, as getting in and out of this place could only be described as similar to trying to rescue Simba from a herd of Wilde Beasts. Take that how you will.

Alfredo one of the staff at Chipotle made our night. We were going to miss the hours for their restaurant but we called ahead. Alfredo not only let us pick up the food after hours but would not accept our tips or cash. We loved Chipotle before this, but now we are die hard fans. I can only wait until Louisville gets one of its own franchises here.

Terrible experience I preordered online and went in to pick up I mentioned my name for the pickup order they told me to step around and make my purchase. When I get home and started thinking I was getting ready to chow down I opened it and they still got my order wrong I was missing my black beans and brown rice thats very key to a burrito bowl bowl

As a large chain, Chipotle does a good job with being consistent and consistently good. Their ingredients seem better than places like Qdoba and Moes. This location is comparable to other Chipotle locations, although the building looks slightly more modern, perhaps due to more recent construction that other locations.

thank you Chipotle for switching to non GMO food you can really tell the taste and I can now eat back at your restaurant and not be sick after eating I quit eating Chipotle for over a year and now that theyve switched to non-GMO I can actually eat the food once again my fav++++

We normally love Chipotle, but today ruined it for both of us. The staff were unprofessional and unpleasant. The burritos tasted good, but they were the smallest weve ever been served here. All around, we are not happy with this Chipotle today and wont visit this store again.

Best experience I have ever had with Chipotle. The workers have good chemistry and even gave me a little insight into the Chipotle culture. I would highly recommend this Chipotle. It literally makes Taco Bell taste like dog food.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and the tables and floors are sometimes slow to get cleaned. I get a little iffy with all their corporate-level Ebola problems but its a fast option for a good amount of food.

We were passing through and decided to stop in! So glad we did, because I had been hard pressed to find a Chipotle on the road that seasoned the rice and meat perfectly, but this location did not disappoint!

Only had 1 person working on the line so took forever to get food. The chicken was hatd, dry and old. My stomach hurt shortly after eating my chicken bowl. Will stick to my usual at crescent springs
