I just ordered pizza from this location and when i got it it was cold and kinda hard im 6 months pregnant so i just ate it anyway. I ate two slices and it made me feel like i had food poisoning. I called to let them know and the manger told me she didnt care if i ate the pizza they keep their pizza at 120 degrees. She offered in a very rude way another pizza and bread sticks but i simply asked for a refund. She said no because she cant before sure if i bought the pizza at the time i said i bought it. Well for this location who lets their employees sit in back and smoke and not doing their job i had no choice but to give a star. The manager does not handle customer service well and i will not return to this establishment if this is how customers are treated.

Well today i sent my husband and mother inlaw in for a hot and ready pizza and along with that my mother inlaw bought a deep dish my hot and ready is burnt and my deep dish had no cheese nor pizza sauce. Mind you my sister shannon works there and if indeed she would have been there my pizzas would have been cooked correctly my sister is one of the best workers there always has been since she started. So to anyone who has a problem with there pizzas there and shannon didnt cook it i would recommend shannon too cook it honeslty shed be the only reason i give this place 5 stars. So too you shannon thank you for our greatly cooked pizzas when your on your shift.

I just witnessed the worker take a sticker off my box and exchange with another. When they scan the sticker it lets the workers know that the pizza is fresh or not what they call "hot and ready" well when I got home it was "cold and cruddy". Warning for future purchasers watch for the sticker exchange, it is a white bar coded sticker on front of the box.

Its never hot and ready. You have to wait at least 8 to 10 minutes every time and there wont even be customers in front of you. Its like what are you doin in there. Sometimes the pizza is burnt or cold.

Say Im the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting to have our order taken. Say for an additional 5 minutes while being able to see that no other customers were in line ahead of us.

Very slow service, never enough cheese on thier pizza and the sauce isnt that good either, i only recommend this place if your clise by and just need 1 pizza
