Well, it all started when I placed my order online. It was getting late and I needed to get my kids fed and into bed. So I drive out to this place to get my food. They had trouble finding my order on the computer. I was very understanding as I did have a coupon and know that it can be a pain sometimes. They cut the pizza right behind the register and the manager was cutting the pizza. I paid for my food and stepped back from the counter when I was told that it would be a minute for my food. The man that took my money returned to what he was doing and the man cutting/boxing the pizzas continued doing his thing. I watched the manager touch his face several times, as well as make sloppy messes of pizza that would contain 2 1/4 slices and 8 1/16 slices of pie. I waited for over 20 minutes for my food, that was actually sitting on top of the oven when I got there. No one once looked at the orders on top of the oven to make sure that I got my food. When I was finally asked by the manager what I was waiting on, I told him I was the online order he had delt with 20 minutes ago. The apology was not very considerate and wasnt offered anything for having to wait on cold pizza, not even a drink of water. the pizzas had sweat to the bottom of the box and the cheese had resolidified making for one very unhappy father and some slightly disappointed kids and a wife that has to put up with my rage when stupid happens. Needless to say I controlled my temper and instead of throwing my pizza against the wall in a fit of childish like anger because I had waisted 20 minutes waiting on something that I would soon regret eating. Get it together or get out.
