Recently, while visiting Burger King, Battle Creek experienced a severe weather related storm with high winds that knocking out power in the restaurant and damaging trees and other structures in the area. An employee addressed customers dining in the facility and announced that everyone had to leave per the companys policy despite the fact the weather continued to deteriorate. Employees were seen running in the rain, while customers were told to leave. The employees at this particular restaurant acted ill-responsible and totally unprofessional when the weather outside continued to deteriorate (high winds, rain, and a power outage). The employees appeared to be more concerned about getting out of work than ensuring their customers were being taken care of during a severe weather related storm.

We were traveling and ate here for breakfast around 9:30 am. We both got meals. We received our food within a couple of minutes. Ketchup pump was hanging out from the bottom of the cupboard so I had to ask for packets. Food was good and filling we both got eggnormous burritos. I got a vanilla iced coffee that was really good. They have signs up saying that extra sauce is $.10 a piece. Although she gave me 2 ranches for free for our hashbrowns.

I went early in the morning because I was STARVING and needed a quick fix, the Hash browns and the French Toast Sticks both were old and you can tell they re-dropped them in the fryer. I thought I was trippin so I let a co-worker try them and she nearly threw up because of how greasy they were. Not cool

No one in line but a large order in the drive thru. Still my meal was quick to get. Be nice if there was some soft eating music it was a bit too quiet in the lobby. Maybe need to up size the ketchup cups it takes 5 for enough to go with a large fry.

Every time I come here, I have to wait a long time for food. Every time. This is the slowest Burger King Ive ever been to. The staff is wonderful people, just the service is slow.

The ladies in the AM are extremely Customer friendly! Worst time to go, especially drive through, is dinner. Not so friendly, fresh or speedy :( Overall, decently upkept store.
