Very poor customer service observed. Please read so you can maybe prevent the same situation from happening to you. Soon after being seated in the middle of the room, one of our children spilled his water. It happens. Without wanting to make a big deal, I looked and looked, but a helpful waitress was nowhere to be found. The Caucasian American lady that was later eager to take our money was a few tables over, ranting with other customers about negative reviews left by someone who disagreed about the high price paid for possibly-wasted food. I was not about to ask for a towel from someone in such a bad attitude. So, I went to the front to get some napkins to try to dry off my child and mop up the suspiciously-sticky-before-we-sat-down table. Grabbing the only napkins I could locate, nestled in the back of a booth across from a table laden with a crate of green beans, which 3 waitresses were earlier attacking with scissored fury, I chose 6 (the number of people present for this experience) to bring back to our table. We dried our child up with two of them. As we were preparing to next tackle the small pool of water on the table, a waitress finally showed up. But, not to help, as you may have suspected a waitress to desire. Instead, she quickly snatched up the napkins from the table, and slapped down some other napkins - the rectangular kind that pull out of little napkin holders that reside, at many restaurants, on the very tables where people sit and eat. Now, understand, my problem is not which napkins to use; I dont know that Ive ever actually thought so much about napkins. But, this waitress SAW that I was drying off my toddler, SAW the puddle of water reflecting the dim light from the duct-taped framed picture of a gigantic Chinese landscape situated between two beer advertisements on a nearby wall, SAW that I was reaching for another napkin, and her concern was that I had grabbed The Wrong Napkins! She snatched away our remaining 4 napkins, and scolded us in some mumbled verbiage that seemed to indicate that these napkins were not for my use. I did note that the formerly $4.99 advertised buffet price had been removed from the permanently parked box truck near the end of the parking lot that is visible from the road. Inside the restaurant, we discovered it was now $5.49. Typically, I would have thought this still a decent price. Now, however, I suspect that not a single penny of the increased 50 cents goes to the waitresses with non-customer-related priorities. Instead, this increased profit must be going into the ravishingly high cost of paper products. Why else would one be so concerned about using the correct napkins to mop up a spill? Perhaps this was what the mumbling waitress was trying to explain to me? If only so much attention had been paid to our shivering childs needs, or to cleaning the tables, or to fixing the bathroom faucet leak instead of simply plopping a wet floor sign beside the sink, then it may have been a better experience. Maybe mops have gone up in price, too? If I could find something positive to say, it could be only that the aforementioned green beans did end up tasting pretty good. Oily, but good. (Luckily, I had a few small rectangular napkins to wipe the oil from my mouth.) That whole thing was very disappointing. I cant imagine any reason that we would go back.

PLEEEEEEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ, LITERALLY WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD, DONT GO!!!! Food is awful, dry and sat out. Place is dirty. They were piling dirty dish on the floor next to the trash cans when I was there BUT thats not even the best of it! They told use it was $4.99 and then when we got to the register they said it was almost $30.00 because we left alittle bit of food on our plates because it was gross, dried out and making my girlfriend and I feel sick. I told the white girl, (Amber I believe was her name), that I wasnt going to pay for the extra, ridiculous charges because it was literally just a couple of things and because they were dried out and making us feel sick but that I would be happy to pay for the meal prices we were told when we came in. Would you believe this girl literally picked up the phone, without saying a word about what she was doing and called the police on my girlfriend and I. I was literally in shock. I told her I would go ahead and pay but they were robbing people and I would never be back. I asked for her name because she was so rude in the process and I left. As my girlfriend and I were walking to our car I felt someone was watching me for whatever reason. I look back and the white girl, Amber, is literally taking pics of us as we are walking to our car. I SWEAR, I CANT EVEN MAKE THIS UP! When she saw me look she ran back inside. I went in and demanded that she delete our pictures from her phone because I didnt know what her intent was with them. After I had to argue with her about it A COWORKER took her phone from her and deleted them. I said thank you for doing so and as I started to walk out she yells, "Fu%k you a**hole" in front of all the customers. I was completely in shock at this point. I said, "Wow, what a place". I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go back and I hope you dont either. If I could I would give them a negative score! WORST PLACE EVER! WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER! DRY, NASTY FOOD! A DIRTY PLACE, DONT GO!

I used to love this place. It would of been a five back then. Now its not so great. I ordered delivery, found a piece of metal shaving in my fried rice. I assume it was from the wok. I ordered egg rolls and I guess I should of been more specific when I ordered but I ended up getting shrimp egg rolls and almost threw up. I dont eat seafood. Takes almost an hour for delivery. The other lady that used to ring me up was awesome. Very friendly. Whoever they have now, not so great. The signs they have up in the restaurant come off rude. Make sure you eat everything or get charged more. Sorry, I dont want food thats cold and old and double charged for.

Every time I order delivery it takes well over an hour and a half. The last time I waited two hours before calling to check with the store. When I called, the girl who answered the phone argued with me that it had not been two hours but only one. I told her I had a confirmation email and she then went back on her word and said that I was correct. If they cant afford to pay more staff to keep this place running properly then they should just shut down. If you want quality Chinese food in La Grange, I suggest Raw Sushi or Chen Garden! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT EVEN DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive learned my lesson.

I come here quite often and bring family and friends. I recommend it for lunch as the price is very good for what you are getting. The food is almost always awesome during the day and the waitresses are very friendly and prompt at bringing refills. I wish they kept the fried shrimp stocked a little better, though, it is my favorite. Dinner i dont recommend so much as there are not nearly as much food out and is usually a little old. Also, I recommend bringing a light jacket, the restaurant is almost always very cool. Overall, a good restaurant that we will visit again.
