Went in KFC and ordered a 3 piece chicken wing meal the food took over 5 minutes to get and when I opened the box when I got in the car and there were 3 chicken wings that were the size of a medicine cup in there, I complained to them and said you got to be kidding me what baby chicks did you kill to get these chicken wings, ones out the birth canale?and the manager said they were all that size. The mash potatoes were runny and the gravy was nasty. Very disappointed in the people representing Kentucky fried chicken I will never eat there again

Very disappointing. I went there for a Popeye and they had none ready and told me I would have to wait 25 minutes. I asked them if they had them ready at the other KFC in Battle Creek, and they said I dont know. I asked if they had the phone number for the other KFC. And I did not get an answer. So, I called that KFC myself. Very poor customer service. KFC should be embarrassed. Obviously no adults are running either store. Glad I dont own stock in Yum Brands.

Visited KFC on afternoon of 10/17/14 Store was not very busy. Clerk seemed very hurried. Mixed up my order, and forgot to give me a cup for a drink on one of my orders. Was really more interested in how her cap fit than waiting on customers. The food that we received on our take-out order was delicious!! Customer service just needs to be worked on.

Today i went there through the drive thru and i was waiting for my food and watching through the window and they wasnt wearing groves or hair net ! And one girl that worked there went put side and came back and she started touching food with out wasting her hands

Absolutely horrible! 1 person working while 4 stood around talking in back! Took well over 5 minutes to have our order taken and we were the only ones in there! Food was cold and my bbq sandwich was like bbq jerky! I will never eat at that hole ever again! !

This is an update to my previous rating. Wont spend another penny at this location, place is trashed, food was like it was stale and the service matched. Sad thing was, they werent even busy. I highly recommend not going to this location!!

I was in on 11/14/16 out on a lunch run for two coworkers and myself. They both were ordering the famous bowl, I had never tried one so I decided to try. Was it delicious! The service was fast and friendly also. Ill be back for another.

The service is not great. They have a fast turnover of employees. The prices are high for the quality and quantity of food you get. The place seems disorganized and gets my orders wrong alot of times. Would not recommend this to you.

Food was luke warm, peices were cooked to close together causing un cooked spots on the skin. Employees just standing around doing nothing. Restaurant looked outdated, stained walls broken tile in kitchen visible from behind counter.

I mainly go there for the popcorn chicken, from the drive thru. Their coleslaw is pretty good as well. The inside is pretty run down. It might mostly be simply because its outdated. All in all, its good for a quick bite.

Absolutely disappointed with my visit. Was charged for more than I ordered and the sizes of my meals were proportionately incorrect. Staff were rude and short in answers. Not a good experience.
