For once the services was good. But the last two times I came in with my family the floor in the entire dinning was sticky. Back again today which is 04/042017. I said something to the giy working and he then proceeded to tell me that there soda machine leaks. If a multi-billion dollar company has money to tear down and rebuild old Taco Bells and build new ones everyday you figured they would have the money to replace all pipes and put in a new soda machine. Signed consurned loyal customers.

The food never look like the picture it seem every time I try taco bell Im disappointed. They mostly fill the toppings with lettuce. I got the 5 dollar box and the food was cold. Hardly no fillings in the taco and the burrito was ice cold. I open burrito up and no beef just beans and lettuce. Taco bell has got to be losing money on this store because service is lousy. I threw the whole box away.

I have went there 3 Saturdays in a row and for the third Saturday in row we couldnt get anything. The first 2 were because of "computer problems" and today was because they only had one scoop of meat left and couldnt get it hot enough. I am sorry but if that is how you are going to run a restaurant maybe it is time to either fix it or admit defeat and turn it into a KFC. END OF RANT.

I went to Taco Bell in Winchester today and was very disappointed. I was wanting a Brownie Sandwich and was advised that they had none thawed!! What the hell, if its on the menu then it should be available. I was there at 11:45am-on my lunch hour. Dont think Ill ever go back. The people are not friendly and its too expensive.

Poor Winchester Tbell lol...30 minutes in drive through. .. was told they are out of iceberg lettuce... asked I wanted romaine....I said yes. ...0 lettuce anywhere lol.... cold food. ...They need better management for sure! Poor kids taking the brunt of customer frustration because the manager cant staff properly.

This is the slowest Taco Bell ever. They need some more high school workers. When I went there at 8pm yesterday, there was one guy working there who looked about 30. The food was cold by the time I got it.

Good food, but under staffed most of the time. Always check your order before you leave, when theyre busy they tend to just throw order together sloppily and slack on ingredients.
