So I also worked here for a while (no longer do) and read the last review from an ex employee. Here is my experiences. 1st, this store is one of the cleanest rated placed in ann arbor according to the ann arbor observer. You can see it posted in the lobby, it even acknowledges that it doesnt always get perfect scores. They also have their most recent inspection results behind the counter (or they did when I worked there) and it showed a perfect inspection. Gloves arent required for making pizza because it is being cooked first at 500 degrees, which kills anything. Salad bar is raw food so gloves are used. Employees are told to wash hands frequently, or at least I was. The staff could probably more friendly, but its never awful. Usually if they screw up, which they do, they will at least apologize and normally offer some type of compensation. The employees range from being brand new, to been there forever. It is family own and if I remember it has been around a while. The food is typical little Caesars. it isnt the greatest pizza youll ever buy, but its soild I have seen people hand out old food, which is unacceptable, but they are always labeled with times on the box. My suggestion is to just look at the food before you buy it. Also, looking at health reports, most the cottage inns in ann arbor are near failing. So go ahead and eat their if you wish.

I ordered from this location twice in May of 2012, and will never support this store again. The people in the store are very unprofessional. They ignore customers and use profanity in front of children. They gave me the wrong total, and were very rude when I tried to dispute the price. I did not want this experience again, so I ordered delivery, which took over an hour - I live less that 5 minutes from the store. The driver seemed displeased when I "only" gave him 3 dollars as a tip and almost hit my 7 year old on his bike as he left. The only positive thing I can say is about their food - it wasnt bad. Its almost worth the price.

Its a shame that I only write reviews whenever the experience is bad, but I really hope this never happens to anyone else. This was our first experience with this place. We ordered our food at 6pm. We find out at about 7:30 that apparently our drivers (who apparently works for a third-party delivery service) shift had ended and he had decided to go home instead...with our food. So they sent out another order with extra crazy bread (which was nice), but its 9:28 and we just got our order. We should add that we did get a refund, but this truly was an awful experience and we wont ever order from them again.

Okay, the food at this particular little caesars is among the best....but the employees are among the worst. Me and a friend came in to get a hot n ready and some crazy bread, fairly standard affair. The employee ignored us and took someone that came in behind us for no reason, then after we ordered held a pizza in his hand while he checked his phone on the counter behind the register in clear view. He never looked up from the counter either? It was the most awkward experience of my life. I think he might have been on some drugs or something.

Ive seen it in other reviews and I agree, these guys must be on drugs. Ive been going there a few times a month since around 2005 and this past year the food and service has been disgusting. I dont know if they changed their recipes or arent using the oven right, but those breadsticks used to be so good! Not even the hot n readys are hot or ready at noon. I can look past the odd behavior and rude service, but not your product. Sorry, folks, but Im not coming back, even though I live off pauline.

I called and ordered a pizza, got home and found the pizza to be cold and not exactly fresh. The person who answered the phone told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, good service, atmosphere was amazing (who cares, you are picking up a 5 dollar pizza!) I assumed I was getting a fresh pie though - what I got was a hot and ready that had been ready too long and not hot. Dont expect fresh pizza at these hot and ready deals. Pay 5-6 dollars you get what you pay for.

Thank you to the employee who just answered the phone and was so rude to me and treated me like my order didnt matter, then put the phone down in my ear, before I could even ask if they had any ready hot pizza. I can now stop ordering your delicious food and save myself the calories.

Fast, hot and fresh. These are a few words I would use to describe this location. They usually have most items ready for lunch time right when you walk in. Or it is already in the oven and you will only need to wait a few minutes. I highly recommend this Little Cesars.

Friendly staff, both in and out of the store. Delivery is fast. However, I have to order at Cottage Inn for sandwiches! Lil Caesars StOPPED MAKING THEIR SUBS!!!! Im super disappointed, and in the long run yall lost out on a ton of money! Please bring the subs back!

, I was very sad that that Little Caesars did not know what a pepperoni cheese bread was and mistakenly gave me an Italian cheese bread with pepperoni. It is a franchise location and the employees make it an unsanitary place.

You know what youre getting when you go to Little Caesars. This one is pretty steady so Ive always been in and out and the hot and ready pizzas are fairly fresh.
