Hate to blast you guys but WOW..... Whos running this place?? First off, I came in about a month ago and the pizza wasnt bad so I came back today and literally walked out after observing how nasty your staff looked. Hair restraints 101: Wearing a baseball hat with a foot of frizzy hair sticking out the back is not a hair restraint. Neither is a bandana worn like a sweat band with the same issue... You are suppose to fold your hair up inside the hat to "restrain" it. Crazy idea I know... but it should not be sticking out at all! I could see long loose hair on one of the employees arms. On top of that, just about all of the staff looked like they hadnt washed their shirts in days! I dont understand how someone can get that dirty after being open for 1 hour. The women building pizzas were filthy with food all over their shirts. Even up on shoulders and under the arm... How does this happen?? You either need more training or should not be on the line preparing peoples food. If these employees are up front representing the company, Id hate to see whats in the back. I used the bathroom before I left... Same nasty negligence! Sorry to be so negative but it bugs me to see such low standards in food establishments.

First off, when I decided to try this place, I didnt realize that they were almost closing for the night because there are no hours posted on the door. And the ones that Google shows, are apparently incorrect. Still, the staff was very nice. I finally found someone who understood what I meant by "I want a comically large amount of onions." So, you pick your crust size (Note: the crusts are thin crust) and then you either pick a toppings recipe or you can customize your toppings choice. I picked the Caspian as BBQ chicken pizza is my go-to when trying any new pizza place. I opted for the mega crust; a crust with sauce and cheese, topped with another layer of crust which is then covered in your chosen toppings. I dont think its worth the money. Its a few bucks more and the second crust makes the whole thing very messy. It also doesnt really add much in the way of volume either. I think the drinks are a bit overpriced. Maybe thats how they make up for the cheap pizza? All in all, I would go here again.

This is a great place to get a quick pizza. While it is a fast food pizza place, the pizza is delicious and what youd expect from a sit down restaurant, and if youre eating in they also have beer. Fast food, high quality, and beer. What more could you want, you ask? How about unlimited free toppings? All you pay for is the size of the pizza. You can create your own with as many toppings as you want, or pick one of their specialties and substitute or add whatever you want. They really let you customize it however you want, for free. On top of all that, the staff is always friendly and the place is clean and looks nice.

I really like MOD, you pay for the size, there are only really 2 and a half sizes, kids, regular and regular with two regular crusts on top of each other and cheese between. The topping are all included in that price. They have premade options for those needing guidance, you can use a premade options and see to it, or you can wing it. A tip is to not to go crazy with all the toppings, it gets really hard to eat. Their lemonades and iced teas are always worth getting, and a pretty good section of Craft beer, cider and, wine. Also milkshakes!

Without a doubt the best location around. I come to this location from Northville because the Northville location is such a nightmare but Brighton is just perfect. The staff here is always the best and theyre super helpful and give great suggestions if youre stumped on what to order. I was torn between the Caspian and the Dillon James and one of the employees suggested that I do half and half which I didnt even realize I could do. Subway doesnt even give you that option (without charging you for it!)

We have been here numerous times in the past and liked the pizza very much. Even our grandson, who is very picky with food liked his mini with mozzarella and pepperoni. Well, tonight 12/9/2016 around 6:00 pm we picked up another mini and to regular mod pizzas. It didnt pass our grandsons and our expectations of MOD. The crust was too dry and hard and the toppings were skimpy and mostly in the middle of the pie. We hope that MOD steps up their quality control and fixes these problems.

Great service, fun atmosphere. You can build your own pizza and the price does not change. I would say the pizza quality is not the best but for the price and ability to put what ever you want on it, makes it a lot of fun. The main issue is the burnt crust that you get, but the employees are great and they give you a lot of toppings. Awesome manager that is helpful and wants his customers back. Thank you for making it 3 great experiences. We will definitely be back.

The subway of pizza places. Go in and pick out all the topping you wants in the three sizes of crust and a couple min you will get a fresh pizza just for you. They have lots of different toppings that your standard Jets or Dominos would have like artichoke hearts or roasted cauliflower. They also have a limited selection of beer and wine. the wine is "keg" wine and the beer is Michigan keg as well. The also have PBR in bottles.

Pizza is very good. Service is top notch. My pizza was done in 5 minutes even during lunch rush. I was able to attend the ribbon cutting and and meet the staff and the owners and I am impressed with the quality of service and Mods investment in its staff. As I finished my lunch the regional director came by my table and offered to take my plate which I think speaks volumes about the culture.

I had mod pizza for lunch in Livonia, and it was great. So I took my family to the Brighton one for dinner ( at nineish). Service was terrible, I know it was within a few hours of closing, but did not feel welcomed. I felt like there was just teenage kids running the place, five or six standing there and no one really want to help you. That being said the pizza was great

Yum!!! Came with my three kids and ALL of us were impressed. Nice staff, food was very good. We each got a different pie and it was nice to pick and choose our individual toppings. We also got the cinnamon strips- what a treat! Price was ok, but could have had true table service for the price. No water unless you bought bottled water.

Great options for pizza really no complaints food wise. They could improve on their customer service. Its not bad but not great. The staff put off more of a "task" vibe vs a pleasant experience. It was slightly under what I expected as the staff goes but otherwise its a great place!
