Terrible service! I came to Ann Arbor to visit a friend . I dont live here. I have never been to this bar or city before & half of our party. Why was our server so rude to my party? You think they would be more courteous because we had a party of 12. Server never came and checked on us. Took forever to cash out and on top of that a different server RUDELY cashed us out with an attitude when one of our guests got tired of waiting for our original server who seem to disappear. My food was fantastic though. The cooks were seriously on their A game. I am just so disappointed with the experience that I had to make a review. Was not worth it, forever mad I wasted my time.

This place is great for a casual cheap drink during their happy hour. Once s month they have $2 martini nights -- definitely a ton of fun. Its right by work for me so we have a lot of after work events there. I am usually pretty satisfied with their drink selection. I havent experienced bad service, but maybe thats because I never go there to eat. I see it more of a bar and hanging out over a drink after work type of place. Dos: go there if you want a cheap sugary martini and a snack on the side Dont: dont expect great service its not meant a to be a gourmet restaurant by any means. Relax and have a good time :)

It was our first time visiting this place as we are from out of town. It took the server about 15 minutes to take our drink orders and another 10 minutes to get them. I understand they are busy....but they should never have made us wait that long. We almost left due to this experience but decided to wait for our food. We ended up getting a sandwich, which was a bit dry. So overall we are not happy as we did not have a good experience and will not be coming back again

Slow, slow service. I visited on two different dates, sat outside which was nice but waitstaff was slower than molasses. The food was good. Had boneless wings with the enfuego sauce, the sauce was very good, seemed like homemade. We also had spinach dip with chips which was also good. Another day we had the chicken, cheese and bacon sandwich(dont remember the name) and fish tacos which were both good. I would have liked the fish to be blacked a bit more.

My friends and I went here last night as part of a birthday bar crawl. This was our fourth stop of the night. Bathrooms were clean, music wasnt overly loud, and football was on. The drinks were fairly strong, and maybe that is why they were so pricy. But our martinis were on the expensive side, and 8 college kids cant blow loads of cash so we didnt stay long. Happy hour might be better for us in the future. Stay tuned for an updated review.

Went to bar louie for there one dollar tuesday burgers. You get a plain burger w/ lettuce and adding any topping such as tomatoes or pickles is 50 cents, burgers are dry but its ONE dollar and still a great deal for college students. The cocktails and mixed drinks however are HORRIBLE. They overcharge ($9) and both me and my girlfriends drinks were not well made at all. I had good experience with our waitress.

Ok this is ridicules. My party of 6 went here and my girlfriend got a red bull and vodka. And they charged us $3.00 for a red bull that was like 2oz of a 8oz can. And $8.00 for the house vodka. That’s right $11.00 for a red bull and vodka. My company and I usually have our weekly convention meetings there and spend a good amount of money. Looks well be going to Score Keepers from now on.

Happy hour specials are great. I asked the waitress for a suggestion of a beer, I ordered the one she suggested, when it came out flat/skunked I asked her for a new drink. She told me that was the way the beer was suppose to taste--why would you suggest it then? Customer service on the phone (when making a reservation) is also terrible- the person I talked to was rude and had no phone skills.

Ate here last week and LOVED IT!! We love Bar Louie back home but this one by far took the cake! We had Detroit Dan as our server and he was wonderful! Very attentive, never ran out of drink, always brought anything extra we asked for with a huge smile on his face! He made our dinning experience WONDERFUL! Wish I could give more than 5 Stars!! Keep up the good work Bar Louie Ann Arbor!!!!!

Food was very good. Loaded Tater Tots were the second best Ive ever had. Server was not around to take order, refill drinks, or check on us very much at all. She indicated that the rest of the waitstaff had been sent home early, then a rush came in. this was on a weekend afternoon/evening. Seemed poor judgement on the management, resulting in overtaxing the poor server.

Server was good but slow and forgetful (although she offered many excuses). We asked to speak to the manager and when she came over and said "sorry guys" and walked away. Wow, really? Luckily this kind of service is not normal for Bar Louie everywhere but will NEVER come back to this one. Life is too short to spend hard earned money on slow sh*tty service.

Terrible service. Took over an hour to get food. Drinks are grossly overpriced. $5.50 for a miller? The restaurant has potential. The decor is nice. The atmosphere is great, really cheerful and lively. Note to the bar: find staff that can handle a busy night or keep more on. There is no reason to get such awful service.

The fat bartender on sat night was flirting with a pretty boy ALL NIGHT LONG. Doing so might ve been ok if other customers were not being ignored. Also absolutely dont dont look at empty beer glass and look away like its not your job to ask me if I wanted another one.

meh, went there for dinner and drinks with a couple of friends. Atmosphere is alright but the food wasnt very good. ordered the chicken nachos and there was no taste to it. Plus overpriced. Bartender was nice though. overall, not recommended.

Food is decent. Pub food. Martinis are often way too sweet. Good promotion of craft beer, especially local craft beer. This location is often busy especially during football season. Nice outdoor area, staff is not very helpful, rude at times.

Worst bar!!! Horrible service, bouncers are jerks...waited 1/2 hour for our drinks to be served and got yelled at by bouncer got upset when i stood and raised my hand teying to get the attention of the waitress....NEVER will I go here again!!

I come here alot if im in ann arbor.amazing drinks.. but Ok so that meatball thing I had hit every spot!!! It was soo good try it. It was the right amount of spicy and you get quite a good portion for a appetizer. And my waitress is awesome.

Food was awful. Ordered a ginger shrimp wrap that was an awful deconstructed version. What a stupid idea. Like a deconstructed burrito. So in a way I got a wrap bowl that was so salty I couldnt enjoy it with a pile of lettuce strips.
