When you post midnight as your closing time, you better close at midnight. My friends and I got there at 11pm to find that they were closing up early because they only had 10 players. If their website simply said, "Closing times are based on customer occupancy. Call ahead." I wouldnt have as much of an issue with this alley. Even their specials are unreliable. Call ahead for those too. My other issues are how crowded it feels and that it needs an upgrade. The pool tables are too close to the bar and tables to make sitting at the bar feeling comfortable or to make playing pool feel comfortable. Theyve also got slots crammed into the same space as well as a couple arcade games (I guess so they can claim to have an arcade?) and its just too much in one area. The food also needs a huge improvement. For as much as you pay to bowl there, youd think they could afford better food. And while I like that theyre trying to maintain a retro feel, it feels more dingy than retro.

My son with autism wanted to go bowling for his birthday and we had to wait for a lane to open up. After 30 minutes of sitting at a table with no service, the only time anyone (so-called manager) came over was to tell us we cant have a cake. We explained our situation and she pointed to the sign at the door, and walked away. Not even offering drinks, or anything for a party of 10. Apparently you have to book a party to get service, even if youre the only table in the dining area. Ridiculous. Just like the other reviews, this place is poorly managed and 100% lacks management skills and more importantly customer service.

This is by far the worst bowling experience I have ever had. The bartender was extremely rude and we did not have the opportunity to finish our last 2 frames of the game because they were closing and shut off our lane. When we talked with other customers there they said rude staff was normal and they have had awful treatment on numerous occasions. Brighton bowl will never see my money as long as they treat their customers that way. Do not recommend.

Busy on the weekends but put yourself on the waiting, grab a brew and a bite and squeeze in a game of darts while you wait. The guy told me 20 min it ended up being 10, staff was more like friends. Place was clean and very very affordable. Two beers a meal and desert and bowling came up to $40 for two people. I basically grew up in this bowling alley with leagues and leisure. Greta place to be

Brighton bowl still holds onto the old school look. Whether it is the odd exterior colors or the tables that have had many bowling balls dropped on them over the years. They have one full bar and another half bar which is nice. It is usually fairly busy every time I have gone so people still do enjoy going there for a fun night. Just dont expect very fast service or you will be disappointed.

Sometimes it rocks other times you get stuck between the kids from stranger things who cant stand up long enough to bowl and a bowling lesson for old Deb from shameless. They have cheap delicious cheese curds that you can eat with a toothpick, and really cheap beer. Its hit or miss. But its the best bowling alley in Brighton.

Prices are decent here and we love bowling however I just docked down the stars due to the fact the staff isnt very friendly, cant even smile or say hello to anyone there without getting a look of death and ignored... bring up customer service and friendliness and we will be back... maybe

Decent bowling alley, although expensive. Food needs work. the pizza is of the frozen variety and not particularly good. They turn on neon lights around 9pm which is pretty cool. Pool tables and a few video games. The lanes are good but everything else could use some upgrades.

I booked a party for my daughters birthday, staff was rude, no one helped with the party, no organization, no follow through. Spoke with the so called manager by the name of Gina. What a joke of a manager. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Not very family friendly. I called in advance that I was looking for open bowl and they failed to mention that half the alley was closed for leagues. The wait was an hour long with 10 empty lanes sitting there.

Great place to bring the family. Its inexpensive, the place is clean, and the lanes are functional (Ive been in places where the bowling ball is always stuck). I will certainly return.

This is not a good bowling alley. The staff seems to know nothing at all about bowling and everybody that works there is always in a bad mood. I avoid this bowling alley at all cost.

The employees constantly change their hours of service so that they can leave early. You cant count on them being open, but can count on them being rude.

Great service Stephanie is the best bartender. She takes care of us during our Thursday night league. If we need snacks, drinks, keno she is on it.

Not for food and probably not drinking other than beers and stuff. Tables are good and its a real busy bowling alley. Not the worst by far

Bowling is as expected, the kitchen is pathetic. Took 30min to get us plain nachos (tortilla chips and cheese). Get food elsewhere

Great service at the bar, but the bartenders were kind of rude and distracted by their own conversation.
