Mediocre at best. We didnt even keep the leftovers. The food was expensive, mid twenties to low thirties for a dinner entree, and did not live up to the price. Initially the four of us were seated in the back near the kitchen even though the restaurant was mostly empty, though the waitress was nice enough to allow us to sit near the window after we made the request. We received bread, butter, and Parmesan cheese before our appetizers, which struck me as an odd combination. Each entree was under seasoned and over oiled. Even the pasta dishes with a sauce had a significant amount of oil sitting atop the sauce. It couldnt have been a mistake; every dish was this way. Besides the food, service was slow and there were a surprising amount of flies. Maybe a fly or two over the course of the meal is to be expected, but this was constant. Overall, a disappointing meal. I recommend A Tavola for much better food and, to be honest, similarly slow service.

The owner Dinardo is extremely rude! We wanted to do our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding. We had set up an appointment to come in and see the place and to have dinner. Dinardo was not present when we arrived. We were shown to the function room by the hostess. The hostess had forced us through the restaurant to see the function room and pointed us in the direction for us to find the other option for us. She was also extremely rude. We had asked if Dinardo was availale to chat and we were relayed that he was too busy. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years and a small business owner myself and know how things work. I know that when someone is coming to check out your restaurant to throw a formal party with 40 people you dont treat them the way myself, my fiance and my Mother were. No good...

Foodie, Retired owner of a Catering business, 45 years a Chef. I attended a dinner which featured The best of Italy The Antipasto was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Same with the Pastas and Veal but, for me, the highlight of the evening was the Tripe which was perfectly prepared, tender and delicious. It was better than any Ive ever experienced in the North End. I have booked an event in April that, Im sure my guests will love and that Im looking forward to. A tip of the hat to the Chef!

Went there for lunch and was not impressed. Atmosphere: Dark, drab, and depressing. It was empty at lunchtime. We were put in a corner where it was bright and sunny outside and nearly pitch dark with one light inside. Prices (at lunch): $10 for gnocchi and $16 for a plate of pasta ($10) and meatballs ($6). Really...$16 for a small portion of mediocre food. I dont plan on going back.

Authentic Italian food, wonderful wait staff, and warm atmosphere. I visited this location for dinner with friends, and wasnt disappointed with the menu and dishes we ordered. We arrived for an early reservation at 5:15 on a Saturday afternoon, and the place started to fill up by the time we left at 7:30. Id visit this location again or their other location in Downtown Boston.

Super delicious! Happened to stop in for a late lunch and the lunch menu had a lot of great choices and reasonable prices. My husband had a veal parmesan sandwich (bread so fresh, tender veal, tasty!), and I had the Pollo Lucio - cooked perfectly - melted in my mouth. Service was prompt and friendly.

Great service! Food was delicious; simple salad to start, very fresh- no iceberg! Nice combination of crisp greens, red onion, tomatoes & cucumber. Housemade Italian dressing. Eggplant parm, light & delicious, not greasy; good to the last bite. Sangria is to die for! A special place.

There are many good Italian restaurants between Middleton and Winchester, however, there is only one great one and that is Lucia. When you arrive you instantly feel that you are family, the staff is warm, the service is great and the food is excellent. I give ****** six stars

The grilled chicken salad wasnt good at all, if I try to cook it this bad myself I would probably fail, because I just dont know how they managed to make it taste that awful. The prices are too high for this kind of food. My advice - Black horse tavern around the corner.

Service was really really slow. We saw a couple walk out because they never got waited on. They were out of the Sicilian Pizza, they were out of wings and were out of their "authentic Italian" beer. Very disappointing. I left there wishing I had walked out.

This restaurant is a cosy charming restaurant and a great place for a family diner. They are kids friendly and ready to split portions between kids as they serve quite large plates. I would definitely recommend the veal over pasta !

End up here about every 6 months. Last night had the best meal Ive ever had there! Outstanding Veal Parm. Wife & daughter loved theirs as well. Good service too. Will have to increase our frequency of visits!
