Great place and good food, but yesterday my daughter and her family were there and waited 45 minutes and never even took their order. Waitress was very rude also. This is not typically how it is at Simons, but should be addressed with the wait staff for the future.

Slow service. They didnt serve all dishes together. Our friend had to keep waiting for her entree. One waitress for the place, and she was flustered. Prime rib was tasty. Too bad the kitchen didnt do things up to par.

We always enjoy Simons. Very reasonable prices, staff good, friendly. Good coffee, always a plus. Food not gourmet but always tasty. We go fairly often. Worth it. Tip well!

Best Portuguese Steak in the swansea area! Only downside is not enough of the sides or steak juice BUT we like alot so we order extra. The peeps here are the best!!!!
