The food was average, maybe a little below average honestly. The service was definitely below average. We saw people arrive well after we did who got their food much faster. This makes me think that it wasnt the kitchens fault that or food took forever to come out but our servers fault. We also had to wait a very long time to get our check while our server socialized and never looked our way. Even though we arrived very early for breakfast, and were seated immediately, we spent nearly two hours there - mostly just waiting for service! On top of all that, the prices were too high in relation to the quality of the food. This place has a good reputation and we were excited to try it out. Maybe well give it another chance someday, but its a shame that our first experience was such a let down.

We went to rent a car in Wilmington and this place was on the way. Went on Sunday around 10am for breakfast and only waited about 10-15 minutes to get a table. Atmosphere was really cool and laid back. While we were waiting for a table, the hostess told us to grab coffee or tea at the coffee station if we wanted. The waitress we had was prompt and friendly. Food came out hot and fast but drinks were on a little bit of the expensive side. Only downside, this place is small and larger groups who had been there before us had seemed to be waiting a while for a table. Other than that, the place was great. I think next time we go, well try either the take out or lunch menu. We will definitely be back for sure.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I am sitting at this restaurant right now and feel humiliated by their rude serving staff and management. I have never given any negative reviews to any place in the past but this was too much. They made us wait outside for 30 minutes while pretty much the whole dinning area was empty. Their excuse is that they want everyone to be here before they can get us seated. Even when everyone arrived they took 15 minutes to get us seated. And after that getting the order was huge disaster. I feel like we are a burden for this place. They are making us feel so unwelcomed here. And this is before taking the order.

Service here has been decent every time Ive come. My only complaint is that it was sometimes a challenge to get their attention for things like refills and such, but aside from that they were very responsive and quickly took care of whatever it was that was needed. The food is what really matters, and its delicious. Pancakes are massive and difficult to finish, and their home fries are especially good... If you dont get them well done and smothered in peppers /onions youre missing out!

We went to As Good As It Gets today for breakfast today and the food and service was fabulous. I would definitely recommend it for small groups and families alike. They had a great selection from a classic big boy breakfast, eggs and all the sides, custom omelets, and healthy substitution alternatives such as fresh fruit cups instead of home fries and beans. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes with whipped cream and fresh fruit. A++

I love this place. Their breakfasts are really good theyre to too two pancakes sausage bacon ham is really good. They have good sweet tea good breakfast sandwiches free coffee while waiting free muffins while waiting. It is going to be busy almost any day of the week but the wait is worth it trust me. The lunch menu was good too but the breakfasts are so good its hard to try their lunch menu LOL

The wait is always long but its worth it! You can grab some coffee while you wait and sometimes there are muffin samples. Food is consistently top notch. I recommend the fantastic eggs Benedict and their over stuffed omelet. I go to this joint whenever I can. Oh and New Englands Own coffee with at least 2 flavor options available - best coffee Ive had at a breakfast place hands down.

Just tried this place out this morning. The food and decor were really good and the service was excellent. The only large thing they could have improved was the menu, it was mostly your standard diner menu. All the really great breakfast places Ive been to have some more creative options that pique my interest. However, I will definitely come back here again.

Poor service, took forever to get our food and took even longer to get our boxes and check. She gave us the wrong check at first then came back as we were about to leave and said we needed to wait for the right check which took about another 10-15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. I would recommend finding the nearest prison for better service than them.

Due to a mistake we were forgotten about and took forever for us to be seated and the hostess was extremely apologetic and gave us a whole basket of free muffins for the inconvenience. All other times weve been we never had that problem and the wait staff and hostess were extremely polite and courteous to my son and I.

I enjoy As Good as it Gets. Staff is reasonably friendly, food is good - there are alot of options. I havent tried lunch, but their breakfast is a B+ and coffee is also a B. Lets put it this way ;compared to some breakfast joints and keeping the competition in mind, this is a good find.

Great place to eat. Staff was amazing, food was good. Pleasant and upbeat environment even though we walked in 30 minutes from closing time. Would recommend to anyone. Only complaint is the coffee, if the coffee was a bit better than this place would be perfect. Still deserves 5 stars.

The service was poor. They say "help yourself to coffee" when you walk in and wait for a table but then charge you for it later on. The waitress had a bad attitude and doubled the tip given to her and now I have to deal with the credit card company to dispute it!

A favorite local joint that has become quite well known judging by the amount of cars in the parking lot. The menu is extensive and the food is great. Be prepared to wait a few moments and there is often a line on the weekends. But it is well worth the wait.

This is a great local dinner. They encourage folks to grab a cup of coffee on the house while waiting for a table and set up outdoor heaters while you wait (and if you go on a Sunday, you will likely wait). The food is great and has good serving sizes.

Fantastic little breakfast place. Been here quite a few times and the food is always served hot and fresh. Gets very busy in the morning, but if you dont mind a little wait its well worth it. Free coffee and the occasional pastry sample too!

Recently went back here after not being here for 3 years. They have improved on the quality of their food. I really enjoyed their banana pancakes. Beware It doesnt matter what day it is after 10:00 the wait for a table takes forever!
