Ok, I am new to the area and didnt know where to eat as I tried numerous other places in Tewksbury that were ok. I stopped in to Cafe Sicilia and the aroma of sauce was so good!!! We met Joe, the owner..he was so nice and does all the cooking!! The place is tiny and loaded with atmosphere. This is a very casual place....great for a relaxed meal and great for takeout. The prices are small and the portions are large...and delicious!! There are a few outdoor tables too. I will be back!!!!

Cozy and friendly. Two tables! Visiting from out of town and found this place randomly. Wasnt sure what to expect, but it was quite good and tasty. Authentic fresh tomato gravy. Pasta dishes and sandwiches prepared by hand and served with a smile.

Looking for a quick bit and stopped here for the 1st time without kids. Nice carafe of wine, sandwich, salad and cannoli for $25. All food was very good with large portions. Relaxing eating out on the patio.
