A weak Panera location still. It appears that corporate brought in their C team (not A or B). Ordering can be slow when the register staff are still trying to figure out how everything works. They at least make an honest effort. Thank you. The food prep is the slowest I have ever had at a Panera. Sometimes just slow. Other times a hot mess. My experiences have mostly been in the morning. My few experiences in the afternoon have been with incorrect food orders. The site itself is nice and almost new. Just sad that management still hasnt gotten this site up to usual Panera standards. Tip: In the morning, dont even wait around for food. Only go to this Panera for serve your own coffee or to buy pastries/breads by the registers. The kitchen is understaffed and only concerned about prepping large lunch orders. Go to the adjacent Wegmans. The service is faster, quality is comparable and food is ready much faster.

Have already been to this Panera Bread several times since its opening and have really enjoyed it. I dont know if it really has that traditional Panera feel, which the location in Walpole has, but other than that it is a pretty awesome place. Service is extremely speedy and quick, probably because it isnt a drive-thru location, but am still impressed with how quickly the employees work. Ronda, the shift supervisor is literally one of the sweetest people that I have EVER met, always hugs me and my kind grandparents! Gilbert, the busboy also is a hard worker, always cleaning tables, greeting customers with a smile and treating us wonderfully. As for the actual food, it has always been fresh and scrumptious. Love their paninis, soups and salads!!! Chips also delicious and desserts delectable. Overall, it makes an awesome addition to University Station.

While my fiancee shopped at the Davids Bridal in the same sprawling mall, I stopped in to Panera to grab a cup of coffee and grade some papers. I found a nice empty table and a comfortable bench, and whiled away the next 90 minutes in productive activity. The free refills on the coffee were nice, the coffee was good, the store was not too crowded (It was 11 AM on a Sunday, however,), and I even saw them sneak in a final breakfast order after their deadline. 5/5 would wait there again.

Love Panera, but the staff at this location are not as helpful or friendly as other locations. I had issues with being told that a bakers dozen only includes 12 bagels for example and I had to argue that the sign says it is 13. Its probably because the staff is new and hopefully they get it sorted or they wont keep customers.

This is the only Panera Bread out of the ones I go to that messes my order. I am very specific on what I like and for some reason it is either switch in for something I dont want or not included at all. Not a fan!

I have had better salads. Paneras was simply flat with no flavor. I didnt ask for chicken in my salad but it came with it. Tables are dirty as far as I can see.
