I live about 6 minutes from this place and my boyfriend and I eat here often because of the location and convenience to run errands. But the service we received yesterday was the worst Ive dealt with in a restaurant in a looooong time. It was happy hour, which we knew because of how often we go, but not once have we ever heard of the limitation that it includes only "short" beers. My boyfriend double checked that it was still happy hour with our waitress and she confirmed it was and my boyfriend went on to order a tall of the beer of the month. Not once did she say "just so you know happy hour only includes shorts, not talls" despite knowing we were interested in happy hour specials. She seemed irritated and like she was rushing us along right from the start. When she gave us our bill we were shocked. $8.50 for the beer that we thought was a part of happy hour. When we asked her about it he response was short and unpleasant; "well you ordered a tall and I just gave you what you wanted" and my boyfriend replied with "dont you think you could have told me it was only shorts?" And she said "oh well". We paid and left angry while the waitress talked to two managers and watched us leave visibly upset. 2 minutes later we decided to go back in and talk to a manager. Her attitude was almost no better. She listened to the complaint and replied with "well, I dont know what to do for you", walked away, talked to another manager and asked if we wanted a $5.00 gift certificate. Meanwhile the beer was almost 8! I guess she decided against that and gave us a $10 one. She admitted that maybe the waitress did that to jack up the bill, which was weird for a manager to say about her employee. Overall, we were disappointed and plan on going to the westbury one more often.

Normally you get your wings at places that sell them on the side so when I heard about Buffalo Wild Wings I was excited since it primarily served wings. I was not disappointing in any form. The service was great and quick and the wings were really great. You could choose different heat levels (my friend got the hottest and the server brought him a little milk carton after his 3rd refill for water). When choosing heat levels, go a bit higher than what you would expect. Buffalo sauce wasnt that hot as somebody who cant handle much spice at all.

I came to celebrate my birthday and waited 20 minutes after being seated on my table. I tried to get someone attention. I decided to call the place and asked the hostess to please send someone to my table. I have been waiving my hand to get some one attention. But no one seem to look over my way. I been here several times and the place have been busier and the waiters and waitress were constantly checking on us. I love this place and my kids as well. No bad review just need to go back to basics with customer service.

Came here to eat today with a couple of friends, our waiter, Mike, was rude. Asked him if he could split the check for us since we were paying separate and he says "just so you know you should warn your waiter about this at the beginning before you place your orders, but since Im OCD Im going to let it slide." Also, the food took a very long time, not sure why but the service was just very bad. Dont think Ill visit again.

Im usually a generous person when giving ratings, but this place honestly stinks, first and last. Whole experience was wrong, asked for Pepsi with lemon no lemon, asked for BBQ sauce on side no sauce, asked for cold slaw none, waited 20 mins just for a side of sauce and 1 hr for dinner just bad and two stars is a blessing to give

Marcin was our waiter. He was very helpful, suggestive , attentive and pleasant... the food was good.. we had Asian, buffalo, Caribbean jerk, chipotle bbq, and lemon pepper wings... they were all good..I gave a 4 out of 5 because the host wasnt very friendly.. maybe she was tired but Marcin made up for it !! Thank you

Love the food, but sometimes the service can be hit or miss. One time the waitress forgot our order and we waited for 45 min before being served. Blamed it on a kitchen backup, but people who were sat after us finished their meal before we were served. Thankfully NFL games were on so the time there wasnt a huge bust.

Wings are awesome and they have many different beers as well as mixed drinks. Very cool place for guys to get away from the girls have some drinks and watch sports. Plenty of different sauces to go with the wings my favorite was the mango one as well as the buffalo certainly a great spot with an awesome vibe.

Dishonesty abounds in this place! Manager very terse with customers. Left phone at table, stolen by staff within five minutes of returning to Retrieve it. Phone was gone! Go some place else to eat, but not this place. We left a nice tip for the staff and this is how they treat a customer.

9 out 10 times this place is great. Waiter Dan (big afro) has an unbelievable lack of patience and often forgets order details. First experience with him my friends and I walked out before our drinks arrived. No other complaints I would live here if I could.

Asked how long for a booth and was told she didnt know. Asked for at least an estimate while I eyed 1 empty booth and two in need of being cleaned. Was told she had no idea because people may be watching TV. Decided not to stay.

I liked the traditional wings. Friendly bartender. I was here to watch the champions league final and I had a great time. Customer service needs some improvement. 3 stars because my orders got messed up in the end.

Awful service. 7. SEVEN staff members standing around plus 2 managers wile I waited 17 minutes to even be acknowledged. Maybe 5 full tables in the entire place. Not even remotely busy.

When you want to watch all diffrent sports game on the TV, go this place. A lots of choice for tap beers. Services are not so bad.
