I made reservations at 13 North for Valentines day, as I had seen the name pop up on several sites, and read positive reviews. When my girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant, the hostess walked us into the dining area, looked around, and then told us we could choose between 2 tables in the bar area. Note, there was a booth in the dining room with a reserved tent on it. We didnt think much of it, and chose a table. We then began to look around and noticed that it looked like people had been waiting for quite some time to get their orders. We received drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and then placed our order. We ordered the humus plate as an appetizer. I dont know much about humus, but my girlfriend said that it was very bland and not very good. We then continued to wait for our entrees. We were sitting behind a large party who had been there for a while, and it was apparent that they were becoming frustrated with the wait time. Their order finally came out, and it seemed that they were displeased with the food and service. We asked about our order, and our waitress said our food would be out soon. 15-20 mins after that, she came and asked if she could buy us a round of drinks, or desert, at which point we knew that our order wouldnt be out any time soon. We then noticed the owner walking around asking parties about their experience. He stopped at our table, and we expressed our disappointments. He said that they were having printer issues in the back, which was creating the back up (it didnt make a lot of sense). About an hour and a half in total wait time, our food finally came out. My girlfriend had ordered the turkey dinner - the turkey looked processed, and the whole plate was soaked in gravy. On the menu, it stated that it was to come with stuffing, yet there was no stuffing on the plate. I had ordered the chicken parm - the chicken was severely over cooked and the pasta looked unappetizing as well. We expressed out discontent with the waitress, who then got defensive and went to get the owner. His response to our dishes was the turkey dinner comes with gravy (I like gravy, and the amount on the dish was excessive). He offered to have the orders replaced, but we expressed our discontent with the wait time and service and walked out. Terrible experience.

Valentines day ruined! One of the worst meal and meal experiences in a long time. Ordered the cowboy steak (ribeye) rare with twice baked potato. It comes out medium well with a baked potato. I mention to the waiter that it is over done. A few minutes later, the owner comes out with the plate in hand, turns up the house lights and comes over to ask if I am sure I dont want the over cooked meat. He first says that it is rare, then when I point out the definition of rare he tells me that it is illegal to cook meat rare....all while the restaurant looks on. I tell him that is ridiculous he leaves in a huff. A bit later, he brings out a piece of meat that is seared on the outside and raw and cold in the middle, very tough with half a twice baked potato. The only reason I mention the potato is that it was the only thing that was edible. An expensive but miserable experience. Not going back.

This place is great for lunch or dinner. Ive had numerous sandwiches, burgers, and dinners. Everything tastes fresh (including the various choices in sides), the burger is, in my opinion, the best in saratoga, the portions generous, and the atmosphere is great to either stop in for a quick bite or sit down with friends/family for a nice dinner. The specials keep the menu fresh, and the beer selection is great! Definitely check it out!

Ive eaten there a few times now since they opened up and each visit has been awesome! Three times I have gone in for lunch and once for dinner, and you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. During my latest visit, I sat at the bar and Lisa back there was terrific! The servings are huge and the food is delicious. Plus they have a bunch of great beers on draught. I would definitely recommend stopping in for anyone passing by!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WENT THERE WITH MY HUSBAND AND TWO YOUNG DAUGHTERS.....AND THE FOOD WAS BEYOND AMAZING! THE GIRLS ENJOYED THEIR DINNER WHICH WERE A LARGER PORTION THAN MOST RESTAURANTS FOR KIDS MENUS. ME AND MY HUSBAND ORDERED THE PRIME RIB SPECIAL WITH THE GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND THE GRILLED ASPARAGUS AND IT WAS ON POINT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY!!

Have been there many times and always had a great experience. Bartenders are always attentive and polite especially Sam, they really care when they ask you "how was your day". Ive had many of the items on the menu but one of my favorites is the steak special on Wednesday night. Its just a nice relaxed local atmosphere I guess thats why I keep going back.

This continues to be one of the best places you can go for excellent food, service, and entertainment. My family always leaves satisfied and wanting to come back again. One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the Country Fried Chicken. Awesome job everyone!!!

Excellent food and service. Ate there on 1/28/16. Had a great chicken parmesan dinner. The Ceasar salad was the best I ever had. Larry and the staff were awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant to anybody travelling in the area.

Ive eaten here several times since they opened 6 months ago. This place knows what food is supposed to taste like! Stopped by tonight & had a hot roast beef sandwich that made my day. Thanks guys, I needed that!

Great experience. Food cooked to perfection. Bloody Mary a meal in itself. Please please save room for desert or take it home. Just an explosion of awesome in the mouth. Huge portion. Omg. A must stop

The food is ok and pricey, nice customer service. The restaurant is small but comfy. Also this restaurant does not offer complementary bread/rolls or tortillas chips, they will charge you if you order.
