The food was okay my fries were too salty. I didnt have such a great experience . The music is way too loud and i couldnt even have a conversation with my family because we couldnt here one another. What really made it a bad experience is that I was there last night with family because my cousin graduated high shool and were sitting near the kitchen entrance when my grandmother told one of the waitresses that there was a fork on the floor and she happened to have a tray of dishes and the waitress thought it was a bright idea to kick the fork instead of telling another co-worker bout it or just simply put the tray down to bend down and pick up the fork . Nope she decided to kick the fork into the kitchen and she lost her balance and dropped the tray and everything on the tray broke and splashed up onto me. So I got wet and and got hit with shards of glass . I had drinks on my clothes and in my hair . And everyone on my side of the restaraunt was starring and i was in complete embarrasment.

First of all, I am a picky person when it comes to ordering steak. They are usually very expensive anywhere I have ever gone and most of the time when I order one, they are bland, over or under-cooked, and otherwise not enjoyable. This spawned me to stop going out for steak and perfecting the grilling process of steaks at home. When we came to this Texas Roadhouse in Worcester, MA, I was not expecting perfection but perfection is what we got. First the service was amazing as our waitress kept our drinks filled without asking. She also kept the rolls with the cinnamon butter spread coming. My wife ordered the chicken mushroom dish which was very good. I ordered the big boys 16 oz steak and I topped it with mushrooms and pepper jack cheese. What I received was beyond amazing. If you live within range of this restaurant and you are looking for steak, go no place else. From now on whenever I am within range of Worcester, MA, I will go here to order that steak!

Excellent fall off the bone ribs. Love their salads- lots of fresh veggies, large, and delicious. The prices are good, especially if you go during their dinner special hours before 6 M-TH. Dinner for two under regular prices is around 30 without any discounts.The food and service are consistently exceptional, I cant say that Ive ever had a bad waitress or experience there. On Friday and Saturday nights it helps to call for a reservation, but even on a really crowded evening the most Ive waited was 15-20 minutes. Its often loud and there are peanut shells everywhere, but its all part of the atmosphere. One of my favorite places to grab a burger or steak.

My family and I ate here with some friends a year ago and it was horrible. Too loud to talk across the table. It was Saturday night, though. We have it another try tonight and it was just as bad. It was too loud again and the good was terrible. The fries looked and tasted like they had been over cooked and sat under a hot lamp for a week. My burger was so salty I couldnt eat it and you could tell the bun was stale before going on the grill. The only saving grace was that the service was pretty decent. The Texas Roadhouse in Leominster is much better. We wont be going back here.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! We come here probably once a month - the food is always exceptional and the service is amazing. Theyve only made a mistake on my food ONCE out of the 20+ times weve been here, which is INCREDIBLE consideringredients the number of allergies and issues I have. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a low-maintenance dinner. I will say it is almost always busy though, so if youre looking for quiet I would look elsewhere!

Dave My husband and I went to your place last night (Friday) and I had the end cut prime rib I ordered it medium well when it came out it was so pink and cold I sent it back and again it came out cold and still pink when the waitress saw I was not eating again she asked if the prime rib was okay I said no she asked if I wanted to send it back again I said no I will take it home and reheat it by myself. I will never go back there again I only get burnt once

This place is sensational. I have loved going to the "Roadhouse" for years, doesnt matter what location. One day we were waited on by a wait staff named Amanda; such a bubbly, outgoing person. There has been those occasional moments we had a dull wait staff that felt like they had no personality, but Amanda won our hearts. To be honest, I hate how they push the steaks on you immediately as you walk in, but thats okay. This place is still bomb.

I absolutely loved Texas Roadhouse. I went with 4 other people and i think i was a fairly reasonable price. I loved everything about it but for my older friends, they thought the portions we too small. I thought they were perfect. The steak was to perfection, and Im really picky about eating steak from a lot of places. My overall experience is that it was a good establishment and I would definitely come back in the distant future.

usually love the staff and food so I cant give it one star. Ive given several of these place 5 stars but this time was awful. 10 minutes in we were already discussing how small of a tip they are getting and I usually tip good. the food was mostly good besides one steak mostly fat. the service was absolutely horrible and they werent even that busy. Ill still come back because I usually love their food.

I came in and was told that it would be 20-30 min to be seated but it has been an hour and we still waiting for service. People has came in after us been served and we are told the same thing every time we ask when will be seated " its one more party before you that was 6 parties again this place has terrible service. Will never come here again.

Never a dry steak. If you go to this place any day after 6 and it is so busy you can hardly hear anyone talking at your table. Thats OK though, just shut up and eat! I get a sweet potato loaded like a regular potato with your cream and cheese and bacon! Most of the wait staff is very friendly. You can even pick the steak you want!

I love the food here, but my x husband and I couldnt hear nothing we want to talk about during our dinner. (I think this is why we got divorced. lol Just a silly joke!) So I would give this place 4 stars because to have a conversation here during lunch or dinner during work, would be impossible. But the menu are good.

Disgraceful, Despicable, and Dirty. Words used to describe the staff, of which our server was high, got our orders wrong, table was sticky and well it was gross, absolutely disgusting, ive been to restaurants you could smoke in and be less disgusted.

This is probably stating the obvious, but as a vegetarian this is about the worst place you can eat. You have to look at dead cow as you walk in, and literally the only thing on the menu is fried pickles. At least LongHorns had good salads.
