As a General Manager of a restaurant my self I know sometimes we make some questionable hires. The food here is amazing my wife and I love the place. However, the past couple times we have came into the northborough location the staff has been inattentive and dont seem to care about the customer experience. I feel the management team should do a better job of holding them accountable for delivering great customer service along with great food to create an excellent guest experience. I love the company I think what you guys are doing is great and I feel what you guys have going can become one of the more successful food industries out there. I think at this location has a problem with management less then the crew being a problem. The manager on duty looked at my wife after we stood there at the counter for at least 2 and a half minutes while they were having a conversation and said to her dont worry shes new. REGARDLESS, it is your responsibility as a manager to make sure your staff is fully aware of the customers around them and are doing there part to make sure the crew is on task and not distracting them from the guest and blaming them for being new after. Like I said I love the company and the food but the management at this location needs to do a better job of being real managers and holding the team accountable, and themselves, for what goes on in restaurant. I hope my feedback helps you guys in your journey to becoming as successful as I think you guys can be. Thank you

Not a senior accommodating business! Furnishings need improvements, small seating area and chairs and stools are non padded and are uncomfortable. The stools more so than the chairs. This business is more suitable for the younger crowd. During our early evening visit the eatery was somewhat crowded, probably due to its first weekend of being newly opened. The music was too loud for our party, as we could not converse with each other easily, as we could hardly hear each other talk. The staff was hustling and doing the best they could as you can expect for having just opened. And the name Mooyah, for a business.... Really? Havent we had enough of silly words that mean nothing......... Like Booyah. I wish the owners well in their new endeavor, but paying $6.99 for a 1/3 lb. Cheeseburger because its made of Angus beef is too much for my liking, and having "home cut french fries" is nothing to brag about. French fries are french fries in my book and it all depends on how they are cooked and how long they are cooked for. Still a worth a trip to try out for yourself.

literally just left this place. Person who took my order asked me 2 times the same questions as if she didnt realized I was the same customer. I specifically said TWICE ketchup and onions ONLY ON HOT DOG. MANGER PREPARED hotdog. I noticed mustard on it. before I could say I wanted ketchup and NO MUSTARD, she cut me off at mustard, added ketchup, no eye contact and went to another customer. she was rude and looked like she didnt want to be bothered working today. My hotdog went into the trash outside because I cant stand mustard and my lunch break was almost over. maybe if she listened to me she would have taken the mustard out! French fries overcooked. I had no lunch today. Ill never go back and I work a few doors down from them. very disappointed. it s my first and last time there!! a successful business is largely based on customer service which I give them F for.

Nothing special here. We wont return. Shakes were made 20 mins before food arrived. Burgers were more grease than meat. Meat was over cooked and very thin. If you like your burgers crispy this place is for you. The only seats available were pub tables with metal stools, no backs. Pub tables so close together and close to the wall you cant get in and out of seating. Everyone sitting at these tables has to move to accommodate. This place needs double the dine in space. Standing room only when ordering. I dont see how their "real" ice cream shakes were real. They are made of bagged liquid poured into a soft serve machine like everyone elses. They dont taste like the real ice cream shakes I remember. I normally wouldnt order a shake. Fries were good. This place is basically a Five Guys.

Pros: great food. Deeeeliciius. Worth every penny Meh: They brought food out to the table as it was ready, which seems nice, but it meant everyone was Eating at different times. Unluckily, the kids got their food last and they were pretty sore about it. Not the end of the world, just kinda annoying. Cons: slow lines. still working on their efficiency We were there for the first Friday dinner rush. I heard a lot of orders getting messed up, Ours included. The lines were moving pretty slowly, maybe about one person every 2 minutes? There isnt alot of space by the register, so people were basically blocking the exits most of the time. But, lets call it growing pains. Well try them again.

The service was good, definitely a plus. It was pretty fast, orDerek immediately and things came out as they were ready. If this was a rating for just the fries it would be a 5! Easy place to order with kids. It is also nice that it doesnt smell greasy, their ventilation system works well. It is a bit cramped so I recommend going at off times. I was excited to try the milkshake, but even by the time I finished my burger and fries it was too thick to suck up the straw so the only thing went to to waste. The burger was OK (stuck to basic Mooyah burger). Looking around at other peoples meals I think the chicken might be the way to go if I came back.

Look, Im not the kind of person who writes reviews on restaurants...but for this, I had to. I often avoid eating red meat, but when I was down in Texas my friends insisted that I try a Mooyah burger. Let me tell you..This is how a burger is supposed to be! I had the Well DOnion and instantly fell in love with it. Just last week I saw that the first Mooyah opened up in Massachusetts (Northborough) so naturally, I had to try it. Same atmosphere and taste - it was like I never left Texas, truly an amazing place to eat. Will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Came in for lunch and it was busy and not much spare seating but we found by the time we ordered that space was opening up. The burger was a simple cheese but done really well and the options to customise or go with chicken or vegetarian were great. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy. The kids loved the kids burger and grilled cheese. The fries were fantastic and the portions were huge, great thing to share. Really friendly staff and while it might not be McDs fast for fast food, it was still quick, great quality and well priced.

We are eagerly anticipating the opening of Mooyah Burger in Billerica. There is a huge void for decent food in this area and our Mooyah should be a gold mine. Parking will be an issue though. We were in the area and decided to try Mooyah in Southborough. The burger was fantastic, we were impressed. We werent thrilled with the double cooked fries, but then again nobody around here can seem to make decent fries so its not a deal breaker. 5 stars for the burger, 3 for the fries.
