I stopped in and wanted to get some breakfast well getting some work done. Even though the place was fairly quiet it took them about 5 minutes even tell me that I could sit down wherever Id like. I was never even served water and when I asked for hot cocoa it took them another five minutes to get it to me. When the waitress finally came back with my drink I order the potato pancakes. I waited and waited ask the waitress if everything was okay and continue to wait with no food after a half hour. I finally told the waitress I was going to leave and she miraculously said my food was ready now I told her it was okay had my overpriced hot cocoa that came from a package and left. Never again

Came with my daughter and I both of us ordered pancakes. Took a little while and it was not even busy. Then when they came I went to cut them up for my daughter and they were still wet and raw in the middle, then I checked mine and the same thing. Took 5 mins for my waitress to come by and all I got was an "oh what would you like" I ordered something else for my daughter and nothing for myself. No one said sorry. One waitress was like "well they try to be quick". I dont mind waiting I would rather the food I ordered to be cooked. No one came out and apologized l, you would think the cook or a manager would after seeing how raw they were. So horrible customer service!!!!

If I could rate the food and service below 1 star I would. Most people wait 1 1/2 hrs to be served and simply walk out before they get their meal. The servers do not have a clue as to how to work the tables, ordering and submitting tickets to the cook. The kitchen is in complete chaos and there are only 14 tables total. After I told them I was leaving after waiting for 1 hr. for bacon and eggs they scrambled to get my order on the grill. I will never go back. You should try Sunnyside Cafe or Jakes in Marlboro or Horseshoe pub in Hudson. For a real treat have brunch at Bullfinchs in Sudbury. Even in the Big Apple (NY) I would be pressed to find such bad service.

Its a nice place if youre not in a hurry. The food is great the servers are very nice, but it takes forever to get your food. Ive been multiple times because the food is great, you just need to set aside an hour and a half of your life (plus) for a quick breakfast. Want the check? Give us fifteen or twenty minutes once youve finished eating.

Went there on a rainy day today. Arrived at 1:20pm ...knowing that they closed at 2:00 pm. The place was pretty empty. We took our menus and found our table. The waitress came over to announce that the kitchen was CLOSED. I know it was a slow day, however closing 40 minutes early...I will never go back.

Food is good, prices a bit high for comparable places in the area and they dont allow substitutions. Homey atmosphere but would enjoy not being called "honey" 30 times by staff.
