This place is not like the El Mariachi in Taunton. I went here with my 3 kids, we were seated at a table that we all had to squeeze into. My chair was literally touching the guy behind mes chair! The service was slow, we ordered 2 waters and 2 sodas and waited and waited. My smaller kids got the tacos, there was like a tablespoon of beef in them. I got the chicken quesadilla, it was floppy and not great. My son got the vegetable quesadilla, one section had 1 piece of broccoli, it was so crazy all we could do was laugh.

This is the best Mexican food... pork carnitas are out of this world. Steak fajitas are spectacular. Mole sauce is to die for. Everything is made in house. Their habanero salsa is SERIOUSLY delicious and SERIOUSLY HOT. If youre anywhere near Wareham let El Mariachi raise your spirits. Thanks to all the staff who always remember my name and what I want even though sometimes I forget to come in for months at a time. A+++++

Great food. Great service. The salsa and guacamole is made fresh daily (according to our server) and certainly tastes like its fresh. Theres a guy who will make guacamole right at your table and customize it to your liking. We didnt know that until we were finished but will definitely try it next time. The atmosphere was light and friendly. We will be going back for sure.

The chicken and beef tacos were super cheap because it was Taco Tuesday when we went. But i would recommend the ground beef over the chicken. The quesadillas that we got the kids were good. Honestly not that authentic feeling ... but they were nice, which does count in my book.

A Gem In Wareham on Main Street We just discovered El Mariachi a couple of weeks ago. It is now our regular go-to! Outstanding margaritas, excellent tasting entrees, superb service(instant attention). We get around throughout the Boston area, and you cannot beat this place!

So pleased to find this place! Mexican fare unlike any you will find in this area. Everything was perfect; food, service, atmosphere. Highly recommend the Ultimate Margaritas! Already planning our next visit. Cant imagine anyone would be disappointed.

Went for lunch recently and had chimichangas. They were the closest to authentic TexMex food weve had since living in Texas. The place is nice and the waiter was polite and attentive. Will definitely go back.
