WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I waited 2 hours for table. When I asked the THREE hostesses how much longer, they acted like they were doing me a favor by checking and then realized that they never even wrote down our name on the list!! Three hostesses and no one could get this right?? They said that they could seat us right away inside, but I pointed out that we were waiting for a table outside. At that point, one of the hostesses said in a snooty way "well thats why you were waiting so long then." I said that clearly we were waiting so long b/c they didnt write our name down, not b/c we wanted a table outside. The hostess literally rolled her eyes and said "whatever." When I asked to speak with the manager, he was extremely defensive and sided with his 3 hostesses saying that he was standing right there and he didnt think the hostesses were rude. I was shocked. He then reluctantly offered to get us a round of drinks or an appetizer on the house. I said that were had waited at the bar having chips and margaritas for 2 hours, we didnt need another round of drinks or an appetizer. I said that we should get a meal on the house at which point he accused me of "just trying to get something out of us." My friend and I immediately walked out of the restaurant. Awful, awful experience.

We got take-out there twice in one week. The first time, they shorted us a fried ice cream (that theyd charged us for). We thought, Accidents happen. Let it go, right? The second time, the gal who answered the phone asked us to "call back in an hour." While we were a bit surprised at this request, the kids in our group really wanted Mexican, so we went ahead and waited. An hour later we called back and placed our order. The wait time? A half hour. Of course, when we arrived to pick up our food, we were left waiting another 20 minutes. For those of you keeping track at home, thats ALMOST TWO HOURS FROM OUR INITIAL CALL! And guess what? WE WERE SHORTED FOOD AGAIN! Id even asked them to double check the bags, yet once again, one fried ice cream was missing, as was our entire order of nachos! This whole experience reminds me of that old saying, "Short me a fried ice cream once, shame on you. Short me a fried ice cream twice, shame on me." Lest I be shamed any further, I will NOT be ordering from here again.

I have mixed reviews about this place. Love their fresh salsa & chips (complimentary). The Ahi tuna tostadas, tacos, enchiladas were all good, but the rice that came with my enchiladas was so dry that I coughed when trying to swallow it. I informed the waitress & all she did was give me a dirty look & walked away. She didnt even offer to get new rice or replace it. Another time I ordered the lobster tostadas & Ahi tuna salad a special that night & the lobster tasted like it was about to be bad & it had been frozen. Lobster definitely wasnt fresh & kinda fishy, ewe. The tuna was awesome. Great selection of taquillas & cocktails, but food is hit or miss & only had one bad staff experience, the rest were friendly & attentive.

This was the worst Mexican Ive ever had. I came here with my bf, and his nephew. We got tacos, burritos & fajitas for our entree and tableside guacamole for our appetizer. The tableside guac was being served to numerous people who came in after us and we received our entree before our appetizer. We told our waitress she went over and told the guac guy to serve us and then he went and served a table that had just sat down! We ended up just cancelling our guac order. All the meat in our burritos, fajitas and tacos was so dry. The seasonings were terrible, overall this was just the worst Mexican ever! I would never go back!

I live in Falmouth and was pretty excited to see a Mexican place open up. I really wanted to like it. Ive gone back multiple times and tried different things and never found anything that I liked. The foods not bad but its bland and uninteresting. For what you get its way over priced. The atmosphere is pretty good but the drinks are weak and like the food, way overpriced. I paid $10 for the worst mojito Ive ever had. So, if you want to wait in line for boring overpriced food and the most expensive watered down drinks in town, this is the place.

Dined here last year, so liked the food that I wanted to eat there again. Tried to make a reservation but no its first come first serve. Showed up and it was a two hour wait. Forget it. Tried to eat there again and the buzzer went off but false alarm. So the bottom line is if you think its worth waiting for, stay. There will not be a return visit for my family. Come to think of it the first time we dined here they seated us at the wrong table and had to move us. Good luck. Going to tell the same crap review on trip advisor.

The food was okay, but the service was awful and the staff was surly. We sat for 10-15 mins after we were seated and given chips and salsa. No-one came to our table at all as we watched diners who came in long after us waited on and served. We had to ask the hostess for help and it was still several minutes before the waiter came to the table and then he made no effort to hide his irritation with us. This all happened well before the dinner rush when the restaraunt was about 2/3 empty. We wont be back.

Everything is right except the food which is bland. Perhaps they think that bland Mexican is what will sell in New England and they are probably right, but why not give it a shot and see if people will like flavors beyond Taco Bell. For example the mole was one note cinnamon flavor, it probably never met a chile on its way to the plate. A good mole should never have a single spice flavor you can pick out. Also very noisy.

My wife and I were on vacation and while sitting at the restaurant we learned our apartment had burned down while we were away. The staff asked why we were visibly upset and when we asked for a check to leave they comped our appetizers and drinks. The waitress who was a stranger embraced us and comforted us while we got ready to leave. Though small in scale, their kindness is remembered a year later. Thank you!

An almost always busy restaurant, serving super delicious Mexican food (the nachos are awesome), and excellent cocktails (great margaritas and definitely try the Sexican which is sort of like a rum punch, but made with tequila. The staff here is friendly, the restaurant has outdoor seating, and Ive always enjoyed my meals here. I just wish theyd take reservations.

Nachos were absolutely amazing and so unique. They specially made a veggie tostada for me and the vegetables were perfectly grilled with perfect amounts of beans and guacamole as well. My boyfriend enjoyed the Chicken Chimichanga as well which was huge!!! Would definitely be our #1 go to when we revisit Falmouth
