The owner of the three local shops takes extreme care in ensuring the customers are always happy. The service, staff and food have always been exceptional and Ive never had an issue with needing to return anything, question an order or complain what-so-ever. I actually prefer Honey Dew to competition for the simple reason, you get more for your money here. The coffee is better and the variety of donuts, sandwiches and beverages are unmatched to the competition.

I searched on google for pastries etc and came across honey dew donuts. It was a Sunday and google said that they were open until 11:00pm. I got to the store at about 9:50 and the doors were locked. The sign on the door said they closed at 10:00 so I knocked to get the attention of the lady who was sweeping but I got no response. The menus looks awesome but it appears as though there are some management concerns.

I worked in Honey Dew Donuts from 2000 to 2001. I miss all my clients, and also I miss you John Kenedy. I hope see you son. This probably is going to happen in next January. See you there guys. The coffee always tastes fresh and theres a great breakfast food selection. Compared to the Dunkin donuts chain, I think Honey Dew quality is superior in the sense of freshness. I will also note that if you are a bagel lover, the bagels and bagel sandwiches at Honey Dew are not only bigger, but taste much better.

The donuts at this location are outstanding! Its obvious that great pride is taken in their making. In a world where everyone has smallerized their products, from hamburgers to donunts (e.g. Dunkin!), yours resemble donunts from 30 years ago. Big, fresh, sweet, delicious!! Keep up the good work! Price is good. Service is fast and OK. Donut selection is very limited. Last time I got last Honey Glazed and last Apple Cider? Many others missing too, at 10am? Quality of donuts is OK, they are pretty large. Parking lot is a ZOO on Sundays, just avoid if possible.

This is the best place for donuts and the owner is always on the premises and is truly a gentleman and is a hard hard worker. He deserves what he receives in life. Always wants to make sure all his customers are satisfied. 5 star establishment.

Best donuts in the area, at least until you get to Kanes in Saugus! Great variety of unusual flavors, like PB&J, cannoli, Heath bar, Oreo, and red velvet. Worth the wait on a busy Sunday!
