I have gone here twice now - once last week and once today. Last week I ordered a veggie wrap. You pay, and then they go to make the wrap. After Ive paid, they come out and say: "sorry no alfalfa sprouts". Fine, substitute lettuce instead. This week I went in and ordered a turkey wrap with bacon (from their menu) and a cup of coffee. I pay and they go to make the wrap. They come out and say: sorry, no bacon. Okay, I want the veggie wrap instead. The woman says fine. Back they go. They bring out my wrap in a paper bag. I leave and walk to South Station. I open up the bag and the wrap is *not* a veggie wrap but rather a turkey and bacon wrap without the bacon. And the coffee is lukewarm. On top of not giving me what I ordered, it is pretty bad for a place named "Boston Common Coffee Co." to serve lukewarm coffee. I wont be back. If you go, be sure and check that they have all the ingredients before you pay, and check your order thoroughly before you leave. Oh, and make sure the coffee is hot.

This place is great. They make all their own pastries (not in this location, but the one down the street - so nearby) and they are delicious. They have 4 coffees (one is a rotating flavor)and cold brew "on tap". The hot breakfast food is delicious - especially the Portuguese Breakfast Sandwich which is honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had. The baristas are really nice and friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee in the morning!

10 High St, Boston. They are very polite when taking your order but, once youve paid, their staff turns inattentive and absent minded. After ordering a sandwich to go, with only 3 other customers in the shop, I waited 30+ minutes. Not so bad, I thought, good food takes longer to craft. They finally noticed me waiting and then informed me my sandwich had been ready sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. They took my name when I ordered too. FFS

That would me my favorite coffee shop if you could improve customer service. Couple comments: - tell us (customers) how much we spent even if we didnt ask for a receipt; - know what you sell or at least try to help us find an answer to question about your food. I have no idea is not a good answer to simple question is this dish spicy? - asking to go or for here could help improve experience as well

vegan options, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Their coffee is really good. The wait in line is usually ~5min but expect to wait an additional 10-15 min if you ordered food. There is always only one guy in the kitchen, he makes amazing sandwiches, it just takes time. I recommend getting the salem (without mozzarella cheese as a vegan option), or the veggie breakfast sandwich on a 7-grain

Not sure if the service was great at one point but as of right now it is horrible. People are nice and kind but for some reason they cannot seem to get orders right. This is the 2nd time I waited 20 plus minutes for a cold sandwich. It was supposed to be made with Italian bread but instead they used a tortilla wrap. They also decided to grill it after it was supposed to be cold.

We loved this place! Staff was friendly. We had a cranberry nut muffin top and an everything bagel with their breakfast blend coffee and everything was just excellent! Sit at one of the tables at the front and people watch. We went back on another day to buy a bag of beans to take home and had some of their cookies, which were also excellent! Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the place ! Coffee is excellent, bagged to take home at a great price, especially for estate varietal custom roasted coffees.Got a stainless Contigo mug, too and it works amazing, Staff is really helpful, food always served well. And not snobby, but friendly place to get away.

Boston Common Coffee is one of my regular morning coffee spots. Their staff is friendly and quick. The coffee is always good, I recommenced whatever rotating blend they have on. Morning pastries are always fresh, and they have donuts on Thursdays!

Julius donuts on Thursdays are an office hit! Innovative flavors and the donuts themselves are thick yet fluffy. The vegan options are just as delicious as the normal ones. Someone give this man his own bakery!!
