Great coffee - I got the pure black & tan, the nitro gives it such great creaminess, no bitterness whatsoever. I do feel like like the nitro also might hide some fruitier flavors of the coffee though. The draft latte was wicked tasty but I bet a full cup of it might be a bit too much to handle. 4 stars only because the place is fairly loud - not the people, but theres a lot of banging of saucers going on and I think 2 or 3 items were shattered by staff while I was there which came as a bit of a surprise. The coffee is definitely top notch though - I think if youre a fan of blue bottle, this place has a similar feel

We moved to Boston from Philly about 9 months ago and have been waiting for La Colombe to open their Boston location. Coffee is amazing! Pastries are amazing! Atmosphere is amazing! The single origin coffees are the way to go. The lattes are delicious. We love Todd and the crew and couldnt be happier to have the opportunity to not have to make our La Colombe at home again. Welcome to Boston!!!

La Colombe is my new must have every morning. They offer any style coffee you might crave: espresso drinks, drip, cold brew and a solid pour over are all served with precision. Fun twists to the morning with latte and cold brew on draft (or combine the two for a black + white). I was spceptical at first but they blew me away with the quality of their coffees.

I am a huge fan of this company. they have made me so loyal that i expected better from their opening. I drove 28 miles once the listing appeared in google with hours on a recorded message only to find out that la colombe boston doesnt open until wednesday maybe. La colombe has set my expectations so high based on my 7 years of loyalty!

Good quality coffee, with the interesting option of a draft latte, which can be combined with their nitro cold brew on tap for a "black and tan"--both of which are good, but not great. Overall atmosphere is a little cold and uncomfortable. Maybe trying too hard to be modern and cool, but without finding its own niche.

Ive never seen a draft latte before, and they eagerly gave me a sample of it. Its foamy and cold and milky and smooth. So good. The fancier "workshop" espresso was somewhat sour, which is how I like it. Cool space and great location next to South Station.
