I dont want to go back to Cheesecake Factory, ever. Today, I went to Cheesecake Factory in Burlington Mall and I ordered 3 cheesecakes for my three daughters. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, standing up with the three girls, for them to give me the three cheesecakes. There were a lot of people standing up around us for a long time too. I dont understand this. Its not like they need to start cooking every cheesecake to order, because the cheesecakes are already baked (or probably frozen anyway) and ready to go. Why make people wait for so long? We pay, and then they just need to give it to us, and thats it. Why is this complicated? Now, so far, so good, but after waiting all this time, they gave me the wrong cheesecake. So, I came back and told them they gave me the wrong cheesecake. The cashier rolled her eyes at me (never a good sign for a "classy" restaurant) and told me that they had to move all the cheesecakes and the signs were in the wrong place. Thats why, she said, I ordered the wrong one (she blamed it on me). I had to tell her that we just came to eat the cheesecakes we want to eat. I dont care if they are disorganized, if they move signs, are slow, dont like their job, or anything else. Meanwhile, my daughters sat down on a free table to eat the two other cheesecakes I had bought for them (yes they got two right out of three!). While I was waiting for my replacement cheesecake (yes, another long wait, incredible), the staff bumped them off the table because these tables have to be free for customers. So what are we, then? Were not customers, apparently. Conclusion: Cheesecake factory makes you wait for a long time while they desperately look for the (frozen) piece of cake you ordered. When they have it wrong, they roll their eyes and blame it on the customer. And they dont like to see children sitting at their tables while their mom is trying to get what she ordered over half an hour ago. Would you like to eat in such a place? Mairim

To day was my girlfriends 37th birthday. we checked in. i told them 2 adults 1 in a wheelchair she said OK it will be a sec. we where taken to a single table that a wheelchair did not fit under. we asked for a booth. we where told we had to wait as other people walked in after we did and now there gone. 10 min later we where sat at table 107 our server was Lauren W. she was very nice as we told here it was my girlfriends 37th birthday she said happy birthday to Daria. we told her we would like to order everything at one time she said OK. we both ordered the Miso Salmon and a coke with rolls and butter. Lauren asked Daria if she wanted the lunch or dinner meal she said lunch as i said the same. we told Lauren i was going to be taking Daria to the bathroom and we would be right back. she said that would be fine. when we got back to the table the coke and rolls with butter where on the table. we sat and talked for about 20 min. i man showed up with only 1 plate of Miso Salmon we told him we ordered 2. we then asked for the manager we told him of everything up to that point. he said he would take care of everything. i gave the hot plate to Daria as we where there for her birthday. i waited, 15 min later the other plate was brought out. he said he was sorry and Lauren came back to the table and said she was sorry as well. needless to say the food was good. but i was expecting the food to be comped as it was not our error. nothing was done we got the bill for the full price $35.20 we left ZERO for the tip. it was not a fun birthday. Daria was not happy nor was i. we will not be back any time soon. i will tell all my friends. that the cheesecake factory in Burlington Mall, 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington ma. did not live up to our expectations. the staff need a lesson in ADA management. it was very embarrassing taking her there. we left unhappy, sad, angry.

We arrived at The Cheesecake Factory in Burlington, MA to discover a 40 minute wait, which was fine. But after the 40 minute wait, we were led to a table that was occupied. We then returned to to waiting area, waited another ten minute and were seated. The staff apologized, and the evening would have been fine from there if it didnt end with disappointment. It was late and we ordered dinner with the thought that we would take our leftovers home for the next day. However, when we opened our take-home box, only a fraction of our leftover food was there. The waitstaff did not pack any of a full serving of cole slaw and left out full scoops of guacamole, salsa, and sour cream that were meant to accompany three full, untouched pieces of quesadilla. The quesadilla was packed with some leftover fries. I could understand if the portions were nearly finished, but there were full, untouched servings of the items left behind. Good food must go together with competent careful service. Unfortunately, we did not receive such service and, in the process, overpaid for what we got. We will be more vigilant in the future.

I was truly surprised with our dining experience this past Sunday. For a restaurant so large, I was disappointed how kid-unfriendly this location is. Its attached to a shopping mall, so youd think they would cater to all demographics, including families. We waited 45 minutes for food to come out (after our 50 min wait to sit.) They dont offer crayons or kid friendly activity menus. Which is fine, but definitely would have helped us out given the long wait. Not only did we wait so long for our food to come out, but we ordered a bagel and cream cheese for our 4 year old and our food arrived before his did! His sundae came out last as well; a solid 5 minutes after 3 of us got ours. Overall, the service was very slow and not enjoyable. If you have kids, this is definitely not the restaurant for you!

I went here today(mothers day) said yesterday after noon they were not accepting any more reservations over the phone, expected a bit of wait when i walked in they told me 1.5 - 2hrs!! Since i brought my wife my mother and mother in-law along with my 4kids I said i would wait. well I am actually sitting on floor of crowed waiting hallway over 2hrs later still no table along with would say 50 other people. They seem to have room for about 6 more benches but spots are empty and people are sitting on floor next to benches. A shame since we have come here many times and food is good and wait staff usually very nice. But this seems unacceptable to me and can not believe management allows this to happen it looks a feels bad as a customer to be hurded and treated this way.

Great place and even better cheesecake!... If you dont mind waiting it is worth a try. COUPLES skip the wait! (Hint* if there is room at the bar you can sit right down and order!) atmosphere has a pretty cool vibe, the only down side is becuase it is such a big place, they get really busy and you have the noise factor. It can get loud. But if your out to have a fun time, this shouldnt bother you. Food and drinks are good and the staff that I dealt with( C.C. @ the bar who performed awesome as a waiter and bartender) was awesome so 5 star for that! Only reason I could rate it 4 stars would be becuase they dont take reservations. This would be a great option to have. So hopefully they change that in the future (doubtful). Overall it was a good time!
