I came to the drive-thru to pick up 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns, a pretty simple order. After I paid at the window they told me the bacon sandwich was going to take 1 minute 30 seconds so they asked me to pull up to the side but the drive thru is only one lane unlike the other fast food locations; so once you enter it you cant get out without going through all the way. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing, nobody came out and the person behind me now got their food and needed to exit so I circled around and waited another 5 at the front parking lot looking for anyone who would come out. (apparently where I was supposed to be the whole time) I was already running late for work and was really anxious as they had already taken my money or at this point I wouldve just left without the food. I drove up to the drive thru box to talk to them about what happened and they apologized for the miscommunication apparently I was told the wrong information of where to wait for the food, but I still did not believe it because I was looking outside all their doors and did not see one person come out with a bag. I naturally got very agitated as they then told me I had to wait behind the 4 cars now in front of me to get the food because I could not back out of the drive thru lane which is a long lane and they are right under normal circumstances it would be very dangerous. Finally they agreed to send someone out with the food and then help me back out safely, which while I appreciated it was the least they could do cause it was literally over 10 minutes from the time I paid to get my food and 4 other cars went through with their order. I know they are new location and their food is very good but it did not appease me and just started my morning off really badly. Not that it wouldve made a difference given everything already happening but they didnt even offer a refund on my food which wouldve just been a courtesy cause I couldve left sooner.

Went for the first time today at lunch time (about 12:30). Drive-thru line was insane so I went inside. Line moved quickly. Counter staff is very pleasant. Ordered a meal, asked for my drink with no ice and it was handed to me full of ice. (They get your drinks for you here, no self-service soda machine.) They take your name and call it out when your meal is ready, and the place was so busy and bustling that when mine was called I just got it and left without checking the bag. About halfway home I reached in for a fry... Nope. They forgot the fries. Oy. Went back, told a nice young man who was handing out orders and he quickly got an order of fries for me and apologized for the inconvenience. Luckily did not ask for a receipt because no one ever gave me one. As for the food, meh. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles and your choice of cheese (American, pepper jack or colby jack). I do like the option there and its the only fast-food place Ive ever seen that has that option. While the sandwich is good, its nothing special or spectacular. The fries are good but again, dont really taste any different to me than fries from anywhere else. And since I was in during the lunch rush (I strongly advise against that if at all possible - parking is difficult) I assumed the fries are constantly being cooked but the ones I was given seemed not so fresh and a bit soggy. Which was weird. Will I go back? Probably at some point, but only if Im in the area. Likely wouldnt make another trip there just for Chick-fil-A.

Man this place did not live up to the hype. Its a Tuesday afternoon, sunny outside, partly cloudy when my companions Mother asked us if we would like to accompany her to the Chick-Fil-A establishment so we said yes. Upon arriving I was taken back by the lack of diversity in the staff working here. Its 2017 guys, lets hire some colored people. Anyways, I ordered the number 4 which is the chicken strips and fries. When my food arrived, I opened the box containing my chicken strips and I was in shock. I thought they had confused me for a child because the strips of chicken were tiny. The reason they earned two stars is because although the strips of chicken were small, they were quite delicious and the fries were good as well. The fries did lack salt however and the barbecue sauce was too sweet, and not tangy enough. I guess if I was desperate enough I would come again. Peace, love, and sweg.

We stopped for breakfast the day after their grand opening and it was not busy at all. Staff was super friendly and helpful with deciding what to get. They even used southern charm like "my pleasure". They have a great breakfast menu thats available until 10:30 am. There lunch and dinner menu has a wide array of quality ingredients. This is a must stop if youve never been. You will soon be hooked. Keep in mind they JUST opened this week, so they are going to be bombarded with customers and you will have to wait. Try breakfast if you dont want to wait! Very clean inside and the tables are decorated with succulents! Nice clean play place for children. Also there is an option to dine outside for when the weather is nicer!

I love Chick-fil-A and all they stand for. We went on grand opening day and service was excellent and fast. Fast forward to today, a few weeks later, we decide to come in for breakfast. Not busy at all but seemed to take longer than when super busy. I think the guy who waited on me was a manager but not very engaging. No eye contact. It just didnt have that friendly, inviting feeling Chick-fil-A is known for. Service in Warwick location is excellent, so I am hoping Seekonk will get better. I really want to support them, but waiting in line for 10 minutes when there is just a few people ahead of you and 3 of 4 have already been waited on just seems too long. I love friendly service so I hope it improves!

Huge fan of their food and their ethics. This place honestly has the most caring and respectful staff youll meet at a casual restaurant, it always blows me away. The food is always hot and served to your table. The prices are respectable. The bathroom and tables are very clean, as is the rest of the restaurant. Theres always a line but it goes quickly.

The service here is really good and everyone is really friendly. The service is fairly quick, just be aware that sometimes it gets packed. The food is addicting and you have to try their original sauce as well as the lemonade. I highly recommend downloading the rewards app. I feel like I get a free treat every other visit or so.

This place gave me a good sanwich and a fry but also left me a bit confused because I saw a chicken on the roof. I then noticed my toe was wet, probably cause of the salza spill in the bathroom. Overall, great meal, lovely staff, friendly chicken, wet salza, 10/17 might try with boots.
