This whole dinning out experience was horrible. The waitress Lauren (blonde, young woman, lots of make up) she was beyond rude, and could careless about us as patrons. Every time my young children thanked her, or my husband or I all she replied with, was "Yup." As she walked away. We had to ask for more silverware, because only two were provided in the large booth and we were in a party of 5. She was absolutely no help with menu questions, knowledge or anything. And furthermore was annoyed to be asked anything at all. She wouldnt even let me choose the dipping sauce to go with my food. My two year old, who was in the highchair beside her, placed his small hand on hers in a sweet little kid way saying hi, and she was completely repulsed by him, she gave the nastiest look, that clearly said get if off of me now! Then she was m.i.a towards the end, we wanted boxed to just leave unable to take it any longer, she gave boxes, no bag for 6 boxes! It took a long time just to track her down after that, and she wasnt to happy. Before i even asked for the bag she tried to take the black book (for payment) i said to her, can i please have the rest of my order which was desserts, the kids meals come with a free ice cream sandwich, that she had no intentions of ever bringing out, as well as my dessert that was part of my meal as well, (not free) she made this whole experience a horrible one. Then there is the matter of the bathrooms. Horrible! I can only speak of the womens because I am just that, but ew. The toilet seats are hideous, with old cigarette burns old brown stains, it looks as though some one tried to sand and melt the toilet seats, just disgusting. They didnt look like they had been cleaned anytime soon. The ceiling tiles were not in place, lots of dust and cobwebs coming through, filth over the years, but they were all not in place. The smell of the ladies room was horrible as well. Toilets (both) had human filth all over them. Just horrible. Time was 330pm place was dead, which is good, but no excuse for bathrooms, and dinning room. Dinning room had a few booths along the way to ours with food all over the floors, and stepped into the rug as well. Not a good time, not good service.Never going back there. Very disappointed!

Let me start by saying the ONLY reason I gave them two stars is because the manager tried to make it better, by giving me a free chowder and soda for the bartenders rudeness and obnoxious attitude. I walked in and looked for a host no one was there I then walked to the bar where I first encountered the rudest bartender Ive ever met here, asked to be seated she called a host she did I was seated at a booth ordered my food with Brandon (who is my fav waiter by the way). Then I decided I want to watch the game let me head to the bar. I then moved to the bar I asked the bartender for a glass of Merlot she asked for my ID. I didnt have it on me so I ran back to my hotel and got it. Came back and instead of just looking at it she leaves with my ID for about 5 minutes and tells me because my ID is an identification card instead of a drivers license they had to run it threw a computer system. All of this for a glass of merlot. I kindly asked her to get my ID and make my food to go. I have been to this place at least twice a month for the past three months. Ive had consistent good experiences until I encountered this rude dirty blonde who bartends on Sunday night. Thank You to the manager who tried to fix everything by apologizing and giving me a couple free items. I will just not be back on Sunday night. I gotta keep in mind Seaconk Ma is not filled with diversity.

Chistine the bartender is the bomb. She will put a smile on you face and help you put food in you belly. The menu is long but she very accommodating and sweet. I love the tips steak and chicken tenders for 12 bucks !!!!What a deal and bud selects for 2.50 . with prices like these you think your back in the 70s minus the polyester. I hope you enjoy but do not take my seat behind the taps

the chicken was alright nothing special I probably couldve cooked at home....what annoyed me was in an empty restaurant the waitress sat a guy right behind me and he kept banging my seat and burping and drinking and yelling on his phone and talking across the room to the servers

We had the medterrian salad and fish tacos. The flavor was off the hook bombdillish. Andrew our server was very personable. Our orders were quick and efficent. We sat in the bar area. It was a very comfortable setting. If Im back in the area I will return.

Great 99 location, the only downside is the traffic and trying to get in/out of the parking lot. The food and service is always above average. Always seem to have a gift card here to use too, not sure wed come otherwise with other local restaurants.

Got seated, the server was made aware of our table. Walked by us more than once, made eye contact and never said a word. The excuse from the server was that his shift was over. Not a experience any family should have to sit through.

The food was good. It even came out warm. My only gripe was the waiter seemed to forget that we were there in the back. When he did wait on us, it was like he wanted to be somewhere else.

Great service but the food was garbage. Frozen fish for fish and chips was like eating balsa that had been soaked in fish water. Wont go back for another 20 years or so
