Ok so this was at 10:15 this morning. The order went fine but the wait was the deal breaker. Two cars up a woman was talking to the employee about whatever. That wait was a good 6 minutes. The next car got her food just fine. Now, I should have left by now since I hadnt paid yet but I was being patient. It was my turn. Two mins went by. You figured theyd have my order ready by the time I was there. Nope. Legit 6 mins went by and I drove off even after paying. No one said, Im sorry for the wait, itll be a few more mins. Your communication was very poor. It was 10:30 and youd think the food there would have been prepped and done hours ago. It wasnt even busy inside or outside. I dont want to be one of those mean customers, but damn, step up your communication game. Luckily it was only 6$ but I still felt cheated from your place. The car behind me also left as well while I waited.

So, their sign says theyre open until 2am and Google maps say theyre open until midnight. Its 11:40 at the Im of this post and after waiting 5 min at the drive thru, plus another solid 3 min of banging on their window; someone finally acknowledges me. He says theyre already closed. He offers no compassion that I have been obviously ignored and gives me a shoulder shrug. I explain that their sign clearly reads that they are open until 2, but still offered no eplaination as to why they have closed early nor of why for being ignored. I call immediately; the phone rings for 2 min straight before someone answers and quickly hangs up. I would love to rate the chicken nuggets that I were to order, but do to beyond appalling service, this will never come to fruition. Bad bad bad!!!

This is the most disgusting burger King Ive ever been to. The seats, windows, tables and floors look like theyve never been cleaned. They declined a Burger King gift card that still had $ on it and wouldnt give an explanation. The line was a mile long and one person was working the register. They gave the person next to us the wrong order. Its just disgusting. Better off going through the drive-through. I heard a cricket chirping in the building somewhere too. This place is a biohazard. Enter at your own risk.

I usually meet a friend here for lunch every two or three months as it is a good halfway point between our offices and affords us a quick bite. The restaurant is usually never very busy, which makes for a quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the food is what I expect, and the restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. There is plenty of parking if you choose to dine in and there is a drive-thru if you are eating on the go.

This is the absolute worst burger king I have ever been to!!!! The whopper is weak they made it sloppy,patty is ultra thin, bun is huge, skimpy on the toppings, and forgot my cheese, filled my fries half way up, drink cup filled to the top ice seriously trying to give people like $1 worth of food for $10. Take a look at the pics of my whopper and see for yourself. Workers smile take your money friendly but the food is not good.

We tried to order food and drinks, but the employee said they were out of Fountain drinks, and milkshakes and then I decided on smoothies and they said they were also out of smoothies. I turned and looked at everyone that was there which wasnt too many people and they all had beverages of some sort. I left confused and still had a hungry teenager on my hands. Thankfully theres a McDonalds and a Wendys close by.

Scetchy Service, They have an aditude, They are upset you are making them work... These People are Making My Food? This place is awful. Worst experience in a chain. Broken menu board, terrible service. Front worker continually leaving the front and disappearing. Failing to take orders or hand out food when ready. Not clean either. Were not expecting much from a BK, but this place failed our low expectations.

Just went there, maybe 10 minutes ago. Service was terrible--openly disrespectful cashier, incredibly long wait. They held on to my debit card for a long time--made me worried they were trying to steal my identity. I would only go back to complain. Embarrassing.

Very slow service. I went through the drive-thru and had to wait more than five minutes for the employee to take my order. I guess business must be really good for BK is they can afford to turn customers away with their poor service.

Discustingly disrespectful, there was a customer clearly intoxicated, swearing and acting out and the employees were laughing and joking with him, then received my food cold and uncooked. The absolutle worst BK Ive ever been to.
