This review is based on the delivery service. We placed an order for food this evening. It arrived in a reasonable time frame, within the predicted window. However the order was incomplete. I was told by the driver to let the restaurant know and they would send him right back. I called and they apologized and said he will come right back to finish the delivery. It has been over an hour, we have long since finished our meal. I called the ordering service and they requested a refund on my behalf for the undelivered items. The restaurant declined the refund because they stated there driver was 30 seconds away. That was 5 minutes ago. Ill end this review with the total time once the driver arrives. For the record, it was $6.00 for a few drinks they forgot that we wanted a refund. Not the whole meal. Now the drinks have arrived 10 minutes after there quoted 30 seconds and they arent even the drinks we ordered! Amazing. All in all approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to correct a mistake, decline a small refund, and still mess up the order. Wont be ordering from here again.

Decent restaurant, but nothing incredible. The Grill is located off the main strip of Moody Street and doesnt get much traffic, so a good place to try on busy evenings. Started with Grape Leaves - wonderful; and Falafel - pretty good. Although it was because they were out of Spinach Pie, which was a little disappointing. Dinner was Chicken Soltani and Gheymeh. Portion size on both plates was quite large with the Soltani easily spanning two meals. Both plates were served with a generous portion of rice and a salad (potentially the best part of the dish) accompanied the Gheymeh. Both dishes were quite good; Gheymeh was a very different flavor from expected; a little dry on the chicken filet.

Great meal, great experience, fabulous staff. My girlfriend and I went in for the dinner and a movie deal they have set up with Embassy Cinema, but we left feeling as though the dinner would have been justified by itself. Our waiter (perhaps the owner?) brought us complimentary pita and hummus after I mentioned how hungry we were. As for the food, the falafel wrap was particularly good, and the baclava was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, with or without the movie deal.

Chicken Koobideh was warm and flavorful, but the rice and salad that came with the meal was pathetic. Near East boxed rice is ten times better than the "pilaf" rice that came with the Chicken Koobideh (yellow rice with peas & carrots - looked like it came from an elementary school cafeteria). The side salad was just field greens, cucumbers and tomatoes - easily could have made this at home. Not worth it and Bonapita is much more authentic.

Came there a couple of weeks ago before movies (movie theater is just across the road), even though we specifically asked waiter whether they were able to cook the food in about half hour we ended up missing the film because of them. And the portions were really small and food was not good at all. Totally isn’t worth it. That evening was completely spoiled for me and my girlfriend.

Want to wait? This is the place for that. A gyro shouldnt take 50 minutes to prepare when there are no other customers, but thats what happened with no apology. The food isnt terrible, but not worth the price nor the wait. With Moody Street right nearby, theres no reason to go here.

Good food and hot parisian tea. Definitely going back. No alcohol served though. Wait time is a little long, no air conditioners (as far as I know). But really really good beef options --makes up for everything else.

Shithole!!!! Disgusting food, rude personnel, hugely overpriced!!! Keep in mind: if the restaurant is always empty, it cant be a good restaurant
