Well, I dont know how the one-star reviews showed up concerning this new place, but we decided to give it a try anyway. We havent been too thrilled with a nearby Casa, and we prayed for better, and bingo! Margaritas was every bit as good as we hoped. Friendly hostesses, no wait for a table. Just the smell of the fajitas as we passed a couples table put me in a good mood. We got a cheerful, energetic waitress named Kimberly, who was very helpful on pointing out customer favorites. And a great server, Dan, who served the $5 all-day house margaritas (one rocks, other frozen). Both were excellent and perfectly potent. The menus were spotless, but not plastic, with good color photos. The complementary chips with a tangy, spicy salsa were a good start. The not-free guacamole dip was better than Ive ever made, with a nice garlic afterglow. I got the Mexican Flag (three differently colored) enchiladas (one each: chicken, beef, pork), while my wife got the filled quesadillas. We had plenty of food and brought some home. The facility is beautiful and well laid out inside. We will definitely be back.

We came in for lunch, and the restaurant was about 1/3 full, so nothing crazy. Everything from getting our drinks, more chips, sides, and the check took way too long to get to our table. The meals were not all served together. We had six meals, four were served initially, then the fifth about 5 minutes later. and mine came out last, and it was at least 10 minutes after everyone else received their meals, and I ordered a salad, so, it wasnt anything too complicated. Our waiter was a really nice guy, but, you know service is bad when hes apologizing to us literally every time he comes to the table. The food itself wasnt very good, and only two of us enjoyed their meals, and were not a picky group. The prices werent great, either. I mean $3.00 for a small side of some type of queso that tasted artificial? You can find far better service and far Mexican food elsewhere, so I wouldnt waste your time or appetite at Margaritas.

Food was great, service was slow. Restaurant was pretty empty however food seemed to take forever to come out. Waitstaff seemed like they did not want to be there. Upon receipt of check saw drink was marked up several dollars due to request of different rum, also a tiny cup of "extra lettuce" cost us .50 cents. Attempted to apply gift card however waitress stated was not valid on alcohol beverages. Manager came out to explain but did not help the situation. After several minutes we told the waitress it was fine that we would lose out on $12 of the gift card. The manager came back out and made the situation worse. Stated that my fiancée was too upset and that she needed to explain. After we stated we needed no further explanation and would not be returning the manager huffed and stormed off. Im sorry but we will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. Slow night, $12, rude manager. Thanks but no thanks.

Horrible - Never go again Tuesday before Xmas, met my son and friends for 6pm dinner, had my 2 year old and 5 month old grandchildren in tow. The restaurant was fairly empty and we just wanted a quick dinner and get the children home for bed. The service was super slow - our waitress seemed to forget about us. When we inquired as to when the food would be ready, her response "I dont know". We had a hungry 2 year old, out of beverages and only half of us were served our meal. I had to ask the girl cleaning a nearby table and two other employees to help us - three separate times. It took over two hours. Horrible. - First time in my life I left zero tip. Oh did I mention our waitress had an attitude when we had to track her down to assist us. The manager should be fired - He/She doesnt know how to run a restaurant or train the staff.

We were seated immediately and the atmosphere was nice, service was good, food looked appetizing, we ordered the Grande nachos and those were good, my husband and i ordered the gringo burger, fish tacos, and a juans burrito, the burger was greasy and cooked well but just didnt taste very good, the fish tacos literally just tasted horrible, and the burrito was terrible it had too many beans and too much of everything except the chicken i ordered in it!! It made me feel completely sick after wards. My husband literally had to go right to the bathroom after eating here. Would not come here again. 60 dollars down the toilet. First restaurant i actually wanted to post a review about. Dont go here.

Slow service, took over 45 minutes for food to come out, two entrees and one kids meal. Kids cheeseburger was way under cooked. Manager took it off, but still would have rather it been cooked properly since it took long enough. Perhaps they still need some time to work out the kinks. Was also annoyed that they didnt take a reservation when the website clearly stated they took reservations. Especially when we got there to find there was a 10 min wait when we were told when we called that there was no wait. This could have been avoided with reservations. We have been to other Margaritas locations and have had great experiences. PS, lava cake could use a little extra lava.

As posted a few times bellow our experience was the about the same. Took an hour for our food, half came out then 10 minutes later the other half. Of the 6 orders ony 1 was correct. Most were missing sides or made incorrectly. Most of the meals tasted ok. Management was poor and and seem like this was not the first time she was visting a table that had a poor experience. Overall would not be back. Was told by a number of people that it is never busy, and now I can understand why. I would be shocked if this is still here in a year....very poor all around Changed to one star, after 3rd try was still wrong

I have ordered take out from here twice now and both times they have made an error on my order. The first time they gave me flour tortillas when I specifically asked for corn. I have a gluten allergy so I obviously could not eat them. The second time I requested corn tortillas and specified that I had both a gluten and a dairy allergy; they didnt give me any tortillas at all and they put cheese on my food. I dont think Ill ever go back here. I get double the food and they get my order right over at Casa Vallarta, and the food is much better.

Also posted this on their Facebook: Me and my girlfriend came at two in the afternoon on a Monday. We were told the wait time for the dining room area was twenty minutes so we went to the bar area, seat yourself. We couldnt get a waitresses attention, werent told be right with you or even acknowledged from the moment we sat down. We waited fifteen minutes before leaving without even getting menus. Very disappointed.

Ordered the buffalo wings, other person with me ordered the Mexican flag specifically with no beans. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for the food, no exaggeration. Wings were decent, Mexican flag came with some beans scraped on the side of the plate. Place is relatively new, but that doesnt nearly excuse the time we were waiting. Absolutely apalling. I hope in time they can improve.
