After being a strict Moes fan Ive come to find that I prefer the Chipotle next to it more. The flavor is a little spicier, and I like the choices of pulled pork and pulled beef, not to mention the 4 distinctively different salsa types. The pinto beans are also better than Moes, with a definite BACON flavor (yes, BACON!). The sour cream is more of a sauce consitencey but I really like it and with the awesome shredded cheese that they use it really compliments the full on flavor of their meats and salsas. If you like guacamole you owe it to yourself to try theirs. I prefer it on the side with chips and makes for a really good snack after the burrito is done! Service is spectacular, Ive never spent more than what seems like 5 minutes in line even during the lunch rush.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love this chain (fresh ingredients, quick, customizable), but this particular Chipotle is mis-managed. Ive stopped going any time I might have to wait in line, its the slowest Chipotle experience of my life - my time is better spent driving to the Chipotle in Westborough just for quicker service and more appropriate portions. I only hit the Shrewsbury place up if I order ahead of time, but after today, I may think twice about that. They are consistently late with the order (whats the point of ordering in advance if its not ready on time?) and the employees dont seem to care about you. I wasnt even acknowledged today, and when I did speak up ...was waved off.

Ok, first of all chipotle is delicious, no doubt. But seriously, this is the slowest chipotle Ive ever been to.. which is a lot of chipotles. You will get your food faster if you drive 15 minutes out of your way to the next chipotle a town away. Im not even kind of exaggerating. A normal line to the door would take your average chipotle 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes here. You will be in line for 30 minutes. Happened to me on multiple occasions. Im currently standing in line actually. And Ill be here for another 15 guaranteed. Last time I come here during normal dining hours. Seriously, get out of line if youre there now and go to another chipotle.

Chipotle is the like Subway. You walk in and build you own burrito or bowl with fresh ingredients. We frequently stop and get dinner or lunch. The manager Maureen is very nice and accommodates our large orders. All other employees always seem friendly and attentive. Good of course speaks for itself and is delicious. Nothing bad to say about them. Occasionally they forget to give us silverware? Would recommend trying Chipotle at least once in your life!

Poor service!! Service with an attitude! My son and sister got sick from eating their chicken burrito.. when I called and informed the manager John .. they nonchalantly said ok and never even called to check in with us.. my son threw up for one day straight. Ive had several people complain about this place but I guess I had to learn for myself.. I will never eat from this place again!!!

Man this place is always packed and long lines. Seems to be that way after the profitability declines and employee lawsuits. We noticed that there are less staff when we go to Chiptotles. Guess this is the result of that. Still the same tasty product but the last two times I went, this one and another one, waited 30 minutes and 20 minutes. Not worth the wait.

I go in the storefront, I wait in a small line, I get delicious huge burrito, and I leave satisfied. I have nothing but praise for Chipotle and their fresh ingredients and kind staff. If youre hungry and looking for fast food that tastes great. Make sure to stop by and get either a burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, taco salad, fresh made chips, and enjoy!

They screwed up my to go order, they added no chicken, I drove back to get it because I wasnt going to let them off the hook, had to wait another 30 minutes, they gave it to me in take away containers and everything was cold by the time I got home and seemed like it might have been day old ingredients left out.

This is a pretty slow-moving Chipotle. Often times during the dinner rush, lines go out the door, resulting in wait times that balloon from 30-45 minutes. However, the friendly staff makes up for it by giving larger portions than most Chipotles Ive seen.

Chipotle is just ok. I think it is average. There is nothing that makes it stand out. Extra charge for chips, ugh. Extra charge for guacamole - $1.50!!, ugh. Nothing I cant get anywhere else. Guess I was just hoping for more...

Awful. How is this place popular? Staff was great, but the food tasted terrible and the prices are sky high. My girlfriend ordered chips and salsa for $2.50. She got stale, extremely salty chips in a bag and roughly 1/3c of salsa.

I love this chipotle location, they serve way more than in any other location Ive been before. The only downside is that it is usually busy during the weekends and you have to wait 30-40 minutes to get your order.

Food tastes fantastic. The wait is horrifyingly slow. Takes 30 minutes to go through the line. Portion sizes are never the same. Sometimes the food quality is poor. Overall pretty good value for the $7.
