this place is a joke. The people dont even smile, they slap your food together like theyre in a rush and you end up with a bowl of rice and cheese with two bites of meat. Lucky I didnt have time to complain because I come here on break. The employees should spend less time on their hair and put some effort into their job. Not to mention some obese chick made fun of me in the back while I was ordering.

They make horrible burritos.I told the guy I didnt want sour cream and they still put it in there and expected me to pay.The workers dont know what they are doing and are dont care and are careless.The Dedham location makes much better burritos.

I got a bowl with rice and chicken and it was overall pretty good. I do agree with the complaints that the chicken was burnt but not all pieces were burnt. The service was quick which I liked because the line moved at a good pace.

The service here at one here in Mansfield has been going downhill fast lately! Some of the stuff is incredibly rude and even takes customers who are not at the front of the line before the ones who are. Very disappointed
