Not "Poor-Fair"... Just flat old Poor. Or more accurately POO. This has got to be the WORST staff on earth. Two years ago was the last time I had any form of good service here. The food used to be better but has recently tailed off. I cannot believe how sad its been. November 2012, I went for my birthday with 5 friends. We walk in to a sign that says "Please wait to be seated." The waitress points at a table. Were we to assume that was her seating us? Before we even took a step towards the table, she pulls her phone out, steps in front of us, then says "Thats taken." Ten minutes later four middle-aged women walk in and simply take the table. The waitress walked over and says (obviously loud enough for us to hear at the entrance) "I got your text so I saved this table for you." What on earth made me think it would be at all improved for me to go back again last night? April 2013, four of us show up. A different waitress actually addresses us to be seated. We say there will be one more coming. So she says "Sorry. I cant seat you until everyone is here." Might I add that there were four tables and three booths open. The waitress finally caved and seated us after several pleas. It took 45 minutes to get drinks and another 45 minutes for our food. One of us was not consuming alcohol and never even received a drink. Our table, four men at the bar, a couple behind us, and three of the booths asked for the Bruins game to be displayed. The bartender purposely changes it to NCAA womens basketball and says "This is what the Boneyard watches." Our waitress then sat at the bar and started using her phone alongside two other waitresses, all the while ignoring two other parties that came in the door. After the entire restaurant got progressively more rowdy, the bartender finally changes the channel over and says, "Whatever. Sports idiots. Youre not getting the projector though." And she shuts off the big screen projection as she directs the waitresses to finally pay attention to the new customers at the door. When our waitress returned (another 30 minutes later) she said "Sorry about that. I was just so busy with everything." As respectful humans, we left a generous tip anyway. Never will I be there again. Its totally Restaurant Impossible material, but quite honestly, I dont want this place to ever experience success again. On a side note, they have started nickel and dime-ing people who go there for their specials. 30 cent tenders? You have to buy 10. Exactly 10. But thats not bad. Its the fact that if you get the special, you unknowingly sign a contract to be charged a dollar for a water, or for utensils, or for a box for takeout, or for having leftovers at all. Seriously. Read the "SPECIAL RULES" section of their promotions. Its absolutely pathetic. No, I didnt get the special. I just know how to read. Worth checking it out for a good laugh.

The food is phenomenal. We have never had a problem with the food. The service, however, is ridiculous. My sons 9th Birthday happened to fall on the same day as a Patriots playoff game. Knowing the establishment was going to be busy, we ordered our take out at 3pm. We were informed to pick it up at 4:30. My husband arrived and was asked his name. After that, he was told the food was coming, but they were behind. He was consistently reassured our order was cowing soon. At 6:30, my husband finally asked if someone could check our order. The waitress came out and informed my husband that his order was cancelled by his wife (me). This was a boldface lie. At that point, my husband told the woman that was not true, and the waitress "rushed" our food. I was absolutely horrified to find out that my husband, despite the lying and poor service, was charged FULL price for our order. He was politely the entire time, but made it clear he was unhappy. He was assured the owner would call us today. He didnt. I took it upon myself to call. I was told blatantly that is how business is run. I expressed my discontentment with how he was handling the situation. I was told if he gave "freebies" for every mistake hed be out of business. I informed him that, in my opinion, his poor customer service would also put him out of business. At this point he stated he just has "kids" working for him, and itshe due to the increase in minimum wage he doesnt have competent staff. I again reminded him, I was calling regarding the poor service we receiveshould due to being out right lied to. I was told he would do nothing to rectify this situation. I explained that I would be writing reviews regarding my experience with the establishment. To this he replied "For every bad review you write, Ill get 10 good ones." Please be wary as this owner is only concerned with making money. He showed no regard for the birthday dinner he ruined and was quite rude.

Dear Boneyard, finally I had the time to write the bad experience I had with you this past Saturday Oct 24, 2015. I had got there a little bit before 4 P.M no even rush hr dinner time, to justify the terrible service from your staff, the waitress after yup yuping for about 10 minutes with other customers finally took the drinks order from me and my girls, then we placed just a couple plates of boneless wings, we were waiting patiently until we saw these customers whom came way after us and they got served, this was enough to got up my sit and go to the bartender to pay off for the drinks, which I didnt end it up paying after she told me that I had to wait for the waitress again, I just ended it up leaving the place without paying as I had enough of their BS. My girls were scare because thank God they had been brought up with a very good moral principles, at least, I got to teach them this day, how to stand by them selfs when they are not treated with respect, yes I say with respect, because what your staff did to us was disrespectful big time!! your service really, really sucks, bad, bad service, no worth it to go back and no worth it to even give it a try, the aggravation you will have in this place, is absolutely no worth it.!!

I have eaten here several times. The wings are awesome. Ribs are good. The bartenders are great. I love wings and have had them everywhere in the area. Garlic buffalo wings are great...not too hot and a great flavor. Buffalo wings are great, different degrees of heat. The honey mustard wings are really good too if you arent into spicy. I would say to the people that couldnt wait on a busy night or werent able to get takeout give them another shot. It is worth the wait either way. They do get very busy. I have had questionable service when sitting at a table when it was really busy but I am typically not in a rush when going out to dinner but I know it can be frustrating. We always sit at the bar now and never have an issue. Great lunch specials too. I think its like 5 bucks during the week for a half rack of ribs and 1 side...I think, dont quote me on that I only got it once, I usually just get wings. I remember it being super cheap and good but I am from Franklin so we dont get over there that often and I dont want to miss out on the wings. Kind of suprised to see a couple of bad reviews, the staff is always cheerful and nice even if it can be slow sometimes.
