****7/18/17 **UPDATE-Woburn location made up for everything!!****** Unos apologized and offered vouchers. My friend accepted vouchers, I passed******* More like Nadas. Never got to taste any food! I was taken to Unos for Fathers Day and the service was horrible. We had to ask hostess for a server! The server was nice enough, drinks came, she was very accommodating with my pizza order. We ordered the appetizer sampler and 3 pizzas. Server asked if we wanted to try the new sausage alfredo pizza. Said shed ring in the apps then the pizzas. Came back and said "the kitchen is really on top of things and all your food is ready!" We said great bring it on and asked for plates, utensils and extra napkins. Server came back with plates, WET silverware, napkins but no food. Asked hostess if they had a food runner because we knew our food was ready. No runners when its not busy. Obviously it was too busy for staff that was there. Then I see our server taking an order for a table of 4 and then starts to ring it in! We KNOW our food is ready and getting colder. That was enough we got up went over to her and said we were leaving. I told her "you said our food was ready but its not on our table!" Luckily Hawaiian Isle was open. We got drinks, bread and soup within 5 minutes. Tipped the server $20 bucks right then.

We had the worst experience at the restaurant last night. Ordered the 3 appetizer combo for $11.50 and it was disgusting and pathetic for the price. I never send food back but this was an insult, it was cold, small and not worth half the price. When we told the bartender she shouted loudly, "I dont set the price." She brought over the manager and he looked at it for 5 minutes and then took it back with no apology. Further, the bartender, gave us attitude and tried to stare me down the rest of the time there. She also took breaks every few minutes to eat with co-workers at a side table! With this kind of food and service, no wonder the bar was completely empty and the parking lot was near empty, and yet Longhorns and Applebees were packed.

THE MANANGER WAS RUDE THEY HAD A PARTY OF SOME SMALL GIRLS THEY WERE RUNNING AROUND LIKE CRAZY THE PARENT WERE JUST AS BAD EVERY BODY ON ONE WHOLE SIDE CANCEL THERE ORDER IN LEFT WE WERE THE FIRST TO SAY SOMETHING THAT PARTY BELONGED AT THE ZOO OR CHUCKIE CHEESE NEVER WILL I RETURN THERE THE MANAGER WASNT FIT FOR MCDONALDS THOSE PARTY ARE OK BUT IN AND OFF TIME NOT THE HEART OF DINNER WHEN YOU WANT TO RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR MEAL NOT THE CIRCIS THAT WENT ON THERE FRIDAY THE 23RD OF MARCH 2012 6:00 PM SCREAMING LIKE THEY ON THE FIELD CHEERING ONE WHOLE SIDE LEFT GOT UP AND CANCELED THERE MEAL

I had ordered the small cheese deep dish pizza. Took forever to come out. The dough texture is pastry like. Like a short crust dough, kinda crumbles in your mouth. Was around $12, I thought pricey. Anyway, it was ok. There was another pizzeria that was real close I was trying as well, a comparison so to speak. UNO was much better. I hated the pizza from the place that was walking distance from UNO. Anyway, I may or may not go back. Is ok. Inside was like a bar to me.

I had a hairy experience litrally there was a hair in my Mac and cheese my waiter was nice but I believe it was the chefs hair in my Mac and cheese pizza was not good had better nuggets where orange fries were orange no orange soda no coke no root beer no lemonade I dont recommend to ANYONE wasnt a lot of Cesar dressing no sweet and sour sauce what kind of restaurant is this! I just cant! Soda has foam cups it spilled ok one of the people here!

I used to like this place but since I found out they have chicken fat in seemingly ovo-lacto vegetarian dishes like mac and cheese I have not eaten there. They add chicken fat to most everything so this is not vegetarian-friendly! (who wants chicken fat anyway!) I have been a strict vegetarian for 40 years! Growing up on a dairy farm..ate no eat or fish at all.. eggs and cheese ok.. this place fed me chicken fat without my knowing.

This place was fantastic. Just went last week, they have a whole new look, inside and out, and a gluten free menu which I thought was great. My son loved the kids meals. Their lounge calendar had so many nights of music and special discount days to take advantage of. My food was perfect and the staff was really friendly and relaxed. Will definitely be back.

I was under the impression that industry standard from order to table was about 20 minutes and weve been waiting about 40 minutes for our food now. got some lame excuse about takeout orders backing up inhouse orders. Took almost ten minutes to get a drink from the bar after ordering. Definitely would not come again under any circumstances.

This place smells like my creepy uncle Johns armpits after he finished up a 3 day bender in my grandmothers basement. He keeps saying that hes going to move out soon once the "market opens back up".. But really.. Whos he kidding, nobody is looking for an "experienced lapping expert" .. But I digress, Food here is decent enough.

Food is great...especially the flat bread pizza. I wasnt thrilled watching a waitress clean a table by grabbing a wet rag, dropping it on the floor, going back to "rinse" it in the same bucket and then proceed to wipe the table off....can you say bacteria. Total turn off but I just wont eat anything that falls off my plate.

The service was poor. Our waiter was obviously new and would be better suited to working as an auto mechanic. It took forever to get our food. We only got one refill on our drinks. I ordered a steak lobster roll combo. The steak was uncooked in the middle and the contents of the lobster roll spilled all over my plate.

I came in 15 minutes ago and got seated right away. Waited 10 mins for 2 to arrive never offered a drink or even acknowledged as Im writing this review we still have not been offered any help or even acknowledged. What a joke. If I was the franchise owner I would be very P Od about this.

Your bartender on Wednesdays is rude and obnoxious..every time we go in...shes just rude and disrespectful...she wants to leave like yesterday...she pushes everybody out...VERY RUDE!!!! wont be going back...she needs an attitude adjustment...eveytime we go in there shes just RUDE!!!!!

Years ago I went to an UNOs and I really didnt like it. Perhaps in the last few years UNOs has really turned itself around. The menu is completely different and it hides its "chain" style very well.

I love Unos! The service is courteous and timely in the food is always hot. Thats not a five star restaurant like you would find at the Four Seasons otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
